Just a little over a year ago my wife and I bought a 2,300.00 LG Stove. after one year no problems we started smelling a strange smell when double oven stove was in use. Slowly one oven went out, second one went out and then all burners completely went out as well. Took the back off only to find out that the the electric plug had burned into and had spread to the terminal block and could have easily caught on fire. My wife went to the store and bought another electric cord but a week before Thanksgiving was told by Mr. Ronnie Cox that the Terminal block would not be available until late December, I proceeded to call and talk to Manager Mr. Cox and asked if we could get the part off a floor model which are not ever sold until discontinued. Mr. Cox not only gave us a flat no on a 45.00 part but actually hung up on me after I complained and asked why, that we paid 2,300.00 dollars for a stove no questions asked and he refused to help us in anyway. I called back and he was unavailable. In my entire life and actually working as a retail store manager, never have I been hung up on by a manager of a big block store. While this store has some decent feedback on a few employees, on bigger jobs involving contractors and large purchases the store has bad reviews. I will not quit until Mr. Cox is reprimanded and goes threw a customer service training but as well I suggest before you sign your name on the dotted line on big purchases ,that involve contractors who will be picked up off the street I have read numerous reviews and nightmarish stories of customer service and delivery not to mention paying for a stove that still looks brand new that even if it could have easily caught our house on fire that you will receive no help from Mr. Ronnie Cox and a big. majority from Home Depot in general. While stuck now without a 2,300.00 dollar stove before Thanksgiving if you complain you’ll be hung up by this store over a $45 dollar part. It’s completely disgusting and unprofessional and I will never purchase an item of any kind from a Home Depot again.

We had the most helpful attention from Patti in Large Appliances! Really took the time needed to help us out. I must also offer a shout-out to a manager named Jeff and also one named Dwight. Both interened to get our botched up delivery fixed up. I think they took the time needed and we appreciate them.

not doing a good enough job requiring masks. Today (and often) in the 15min I was in the store half the people weren't wearing masks. your employee at the front door was handing out masks to those that didn't have one but several unmasked people walked right past him and he did nothing. I won't be shopping there for quite a while (I'm usually in there over 10 x a month) get with the program. you all are part of the problem!

Nice Store but some of their customers don't know how to park. Like this nut in a Range Rover. They obviously have more money than brains.

Complete lack of communication. Order full kitchen suite of appliances on labour day in store. Told all would be delivered 28th of September. Wasted day waiting around after being assured it would all arrive. Called after expected delivery time expired. Told order was never recieved by delivery company. After chasing people on the phone finally get them to say everything BUT fridge will be delivered MID OCTOBER. Fridge...oh November is best we can do. Unexceptable.

Came into the Home Depot today to purchase a mail box. I have shopped at this location for Years. When checking out, I showed my Military ID to the cashier for my discount who quickly questioned if it was real or not??? I told her not to worry about it and paid full price. When I was done I ask to speak to a manager about the problem. I spoke to Traci who also thought it wasn't real? So I left very disappointed. I called the store to speak with the GM Ryan Donally, who inform

I brought the laminate floors and when they came to install them they installed everything except the dining room in and they said there was moisture and they could not live in and I suggested that I go and rent a dehumidifier from Home Depot of course I rented the dehumidifier for two weeks and when I returned it it was $671 explanationSo then I called and I said it has been five weeks and I want my floors laid! I am having company this weekend and I want my floor laid! My dining room is cement floors at the moment and everything that belongs in my dining room is boxed up in my living room and I'm having company this weekend and I am so upset especially with Ronnie Cox at Wes Knox Home Depot he was rude and very uncooperative and I just want my floors laid!!!!!

For the 2nd time I have rented a tool that didn't work b/c of poor maintenance or incompetent repairs from previous rentals, I've waisted 2 days now b/c of this & find it unacceptable!!! Will not do it again.
