Purchased a new Toyota Crown the team went above and beyond to make it happen as quickly as possible. Scott in financing was amazing. He walked us through the process and gave us honest feedback. When Andy had to leave he left us in good hands with James. James may have not been as knowledgeable on the vehicle and its features as the original sales rep was but he went above and beyond to set my radio up and link my phone. I could not have ask for a easier transaction. I am also thankful for the follow up call I received asking if I was loving my car. Keep up the good work Toyota!!!

Don’t waste your time! Had a so called “VIP” test drive scheduled. After answering multiple texts verifying appointment on the same day of the appointment, when I arrived was told vehicle was sold! Could not even give me the courtesy of letting me know this by text or phone call! Just wanted to get me in the door it seems like. Walked out immediately. Update: more than 1 week later vehicle is still on their website! Don’t trust these people! Shady

Worst service and customer service! I went to do maintenance and they said my oil level is full as per the inspection. I drove to cincinnati and the car died and found to be of zero oil!! They damaged my pistons and engine and that costed me 6500$. When i claimed about this,the manager "michelle" didnt bother to call me. When I called her she started making excuses and trying to cover the problem. She promised to follow up. She never reached out. I called alot of times and they always say she is in meeting, conference... very uncaring , very unprofessional. U lost my business forever. This is the photos as a proof. Shame

We purchased a new Toyota 4 runner in June. My husband wanted a bigger vehicle so we were wanting to trade for the new Sequoia . Desmond our salesman was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! I would work with him again at another location. The vehicle we were wanting they were charging $5000 over MSRP on and wouldn’t budge, and the vehicle wasn’t even here til end of December possibly. Not Desmond, I talked to the manager as well multiple times and wouldn’t budge at all. I understand it is a rare vehicle that we were wanting… and that they won’t have any trouble selling to someone else, but taking care of customers and appreciating return business goes a long way. We worked with 2 other dealerships and both were working with us and we have never purchased from either place. Since the other local place didn’t have what we were working for, he called a buddy in Cookeville and found the exact vehicle, on the lot, and worked with us on numbers…we drove there and picked up our dream car last night. Those 2 lots will get all future business. I’m sure losing 2 customers don’t matter, but again working with repeat customers goes a long way. They also low balled me on my trade in that I just got from them in June. The other dealership Also gave me more for my vehicle. All I am saying is shop around!!!! I communicated with them for over a week trying to work with them. Very frustrating and disappointing.If Desmond ever moves locations I will definitely work with him but Toyota Knoxville will never see another dime from us!

The communications from the service adviser were extremely poor. I went to pick up my car and my repair order was not reviewed with me. I was just asked to pay the bill. Finally, I requested the service manager and she (Michelle) made the situation right. She encouraged me to change service advisers and contact her with any issues.The bill had to be reduced as there were charges that were covered by warranty, but I was billed for.There are many things that need to change before I will bring my RAV4 back for service. New to the area and was truly hoping for a better experience. Very disappointed.

During my recent visit to the service department, I had a great experience with the entire service department. I have used outside service before, and have learned that going to the dealership and paying a bit more is well worth it in the long run.

I've been going to this Toyota location for about 5 or 6 years. Every time it's the same, I get really good service at a reasonable price. They have never been the cheapest and never outrages price. The last time I went and they suggested I get tires so I did and again it wasn't cheap but it wasn't a crazy amount of money. Today I went because my service light came on and to my shock, my bill was $0.00. The service guy said it was a thank you for getting my tires there. Made my day and will take my car there till she dies and get another Prius. Thanks Toyota dealer on Parkside Drive.

Toyota of Knoxville is the most friendly place to take one's vehicle for service, either oil change, tire rotation, or something else. The customer is met by porters who always are smiling and friendly and very helpful. Service is usually completed in an acceptable time frame without the long wait unless a technician finds something that might harm the vehicle in the future. It is then up to the customer to approve or decline the service without any pressure from anyone. The positives and negatives are explained leaving the decision up to the customer. Once completed, many times the porters will offer to assist the customers to locate their vehicles or even retrieve their vehicles for them so the customer doesn't have to go locate their vehicle. I trust no one with my vehicle but Toyota of Knoxville.

Keep in mind that this a was about 4 years ago and things might have changed around in management. I had my vehicle taken there and the tech said that I would have to pay for a diagnostic fee but if I got my vehicle repaired there then I wouldn’t need to pay it. They then charged me for both the repair and the diagnostic. I went back and spoke with the manager and while they did correct the issue, it wasn’t handled professionally. He yelled at the person who did the billing and was like “why is this guy in here!? Get this taken care of!”I for one am glad he made sure it was resolved properly but didn’t appreciate how he treated his employees. I’ve had good experiences at this dealership for service.On the sales side of things. I hate the sales guys. They feel like predators trying to hunt down all the money they can. Using math tactics to try and confuse you so they can get more money. Trying to charge you for dumb fees that don’t mean anything. I’ve been to a few places but the sales guys at this dealer are a bit aggressive when it comes to sales. I’ve spoken with a few there and there are a couple that are nice and don’t try and mess with you but a good chunk are just too much.

I was here for a scheduled vehicle service appointment. They schedule appointments for your vehicle, and are very good about getting you in at that time.The service advisors give you a fairly accurate estimates of how long your vehicle will take to be serviced.Overall I'm very satisfied with them.

Had a great car buying experience with Roger and Lee at Toyota Knoxville. I had been looking for a vehicle for a long time at a few dealerships in the area, but inventory has been low and there haven't been many options. Roger has kept me updated when new inventory has come in, and was able to help me find the right vehicle. Would highly recommend working with Roger or Lee if you're wanting to purchase a car. Everyone was helpful, respectful of my time, and patient through negotiations, which made the process easy. I've also used Toyota Knoxville for service in the past, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Will continue to service my vehicle with Toyota Knoxville and recommend to friends!
