Took our vehicle in to be fixed after a small fender bender. Was greeted by a professional team of experts and given a quote within a few minutes. Highly recommended for having your car fixed right the first time.

I took my wifes car in to the Collision Center for a front bumper replacement. When the car was completed i arrived to find that the bumper paint color did not match the body color. The shop Manager Billy Hayes met with me and my wife and offered to repaint the front bumper. When it was completed it matched perfectly. There was an issue with the paint code on printed on the cars data tag was incorrect. It was not TCC fault but they made it right at no additional cost to me.Billy and his staff were great and i was completely satisfied with the end result.i would definitely take any other cars to them if i have a need. They were fantastic, communicated with me the entire time and produce an exceptional, quality product.Service: Body & Trim

Original Estimate over doubled from supposedly missed items. Did not keep me informed on what was going on. I was informed by my insurance company that my car was totaled because they just kept raising the price of repairs. When I arrived to clean out my car after it was totaled. I found several things taken apart on the car that was not damaged at all prior to it going in the shop.

Took my car in for a recall. They didn’t pain the entire car. Some areas should have been painted. The car was filthy when they had me pick it up. It’s sad to see a great company just do a job to get it over with.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding service that we received from Chris Cohn at the Toyota of Knoxville Collision Center while our vehicle was being repaired. Chris went above and beyond to share regular, detailed updates and communicated with our insurance company throughout the entire process. He was extremely proactive and worked hard to make sure we received our vehicle back within the estimated time frame. We’re so appreciative of the great customer service and overall experience!Service: Body & Trim

I took my Rav4 in for repair after someone ran a red light and hit me and TOYOTA BROKE MY WINDSHEILD AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. Don't take your vehicle here even if the accident was not your fault and insurance is paying. More details below. When Bobby told me my vehicle was ready for pick up after a month of having it, even though I waited a month before for the parts to come in before dropping it off, I saw a VERY LARGE crack in my windsheild. When I confronted Bobby about it, he looked at the pictures HE TOOK HIMSELF of my vehicle when I had initially dropped it off and it had no crack. He was confused and needed to speak to his manager. When he and his manager went to go look at the windshield by themselves, I could see them discussing it from the lobby and when Bobby came back, he said they deducted that it "probably happened because there was already a chip in the windshield and when they cured the paint on the bumper, it expanded into a crack."Okay I know what heat does to glass when there is a chip, BUT THERE WAS NO CHIP AND THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF A CHIP!!! They said they were not responsible for it, even though it happened in their care, and would not be paying for it. However what they could do instead is submit it to State Farm and say this miracle chip happened during the accident. So basically they wanted to commit insurance fraud so they would not have to pay for it. No surprise, State Farm denied the claim and when they called me to tell me this, I asked Bobby what THEY planned to do about my windsheild since they broke it and mysteriously could not find video evidence of it, HE SAID NOTHING. He even told me he would email the pictures they had on file and never did.I took my Rav4 I purchased from Toyota of Knoxville, where I only used their service department for my oil changes and maintenance, in good faith that they would take care of me. Instead, I ended up having to pay greatly, not only the initial accident, but a second one cause by the Toyota of Knoxville Body Shop, both of which were not my fault. I hate that my husband also bought a Toyota from here last year and I'm looking forward to trading our vehicles in elsewhere soon and will never buy another Toyota/Lexus again and I will continue to warn anyone that will listen about their shady practices.Service: Body & Trim
