The robot that answers the phone puts you on hold and after a few minutes it hangs up I'm sick of waisting time on these guys I've been ordering parts from team air even though they are more expensive

Horrible customer service can't even answer the phones average wait time is at least 15 minutes and then you get hung up on through their automated system.

Had to make a delivery at this facility Express to them that I greatly needed a restroom I waited hours not going to a restroom because I wanted to make their when I got there they said they did not have a public restroom so if you ever need to deliver here and you have to go to the restroom go to the bathroom before you come to the factory

Done a ton of business here with a company i worked for and also quite a bit personally. But this week the guy at the parts counter that answered the phone and started swearing and telling me i was going to burn a house down if he sold me a fan was very unprofesional. I just need some straight answers. Dont need the profanity.
