I don’t normally do this but I’ve just got to say, there were two sales associates at the counter when I walked up. The one lady I asked was nice but she didn’t know the brand that I was looking for and said she didn’t think they sold it. I had time so I walked around for a bit and ended up finding the brand that I had asked for. When I got up to the counter to pay I went to the lady that I didn’t specifically talk to, but she was in on the conversation, and told her that I had found it. She was unamused and answered me with “oh ok, I wouldn’t have known anyways.” The other girl that I did talk to was sweet and apologetic, although there was nothing to apologize for. I guess what I’m saying is if you’re going to work in a place that requires interaction with customers then maybe try being nice and smiling and having a personality.

I just left the store. The cashier was incredibly rude. After I paid, and the screen said approved, I grabbed the bag to leave and she ripped it out of my hands while loudly saying that it hadn’t been approved yet implying I was trying to steal?? Not to mention the entire time I was checking out she kept giving me nasty looks. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Horrible customer service. I mistakenly didnt realize the store was closing soon. The parking lot had several cars, so I raced in to find 2 products. I was not greeted at the door when I came in, which is not unusual for this particular location. I would have gladly left if someone would have greetme and informed me that they were closing in 10 min, would not been a problem, frankly I would have returned a different day, no problem. So when I asked a question about a particular product at the mark of close, I was sharply told that the store was closed and they didnt carry that line. The tone that was spoken to me was tactless, simply put, 10 years ago, I would have used a sharp tongue to address the tone but today, with age, comes wisdom, grace and class. To be blunt, I will never shop in this store out of convenience by location, I will travel to the mall and shop at Sephora where I have always been treated with respect and given curtious answers and attention. Plus they have a huge selection that far supercedes this location.

I'm giving one star only because I had to. This place has the worst customer service. The manager refused to honor an item that was clearly priced on the sticker and tired to charge me more money at the register. I will NEVER shop at Ultra again.

I’m not sure who the older white lady with the blonde hair that works there is maybe a manager or something but she is AWFUL does not know how to talk to people and I’m not sure why’d they’d hire someone who looks and talks like that in Ulta especially a customer service position. She scanned our products twice and when we mentioned it she looked shocked and almost as if she didnt believe us until we literally pointed it out on the screen, please get someone more competent working the register and maybe not an older person.

The lack of customer service is disappointing. I placed an online order, got the generic email saying my order was being worked on. Waited over 4 hours with no update. I called the store to check on the order and the woman that answers the phone was rude. So I reached out via chat and they were useless and acted like they had no idea what I was taking about. I still have no idea what is going on with my order and have no updates at this point. The store is now closed so I have to wait until tomorrow and I’ll probably have to deal with another rude employee again. Overall, just a terrible experience. Glad I am only visiting this location because I am from out of town.

The 5 stars are for Robert. I went in with my daughter to get her makeup, not knowing what to get as I don’t wear makeup. Robert was so helpful and got us everything we need for my daughter and explained how to put it on. So thankful Robert came up to us and helped us. We were both quite overwhelmed coming into the store

Worst ever salon I’ve been there,That was sucks when I called today to made an appointment with my hair stylist they put me on the hold and then set up an appointment for 3.15 and they said she has time at 3 or 3.15When I got there they said she doesn’t have any free time today for hair brushing and we have someone else to do that and They screwed me .I am not happy for my brushing with Marcus and they charged me $ 42 just for brushing with shampoo or any extra and actually he didn’t know very well.I showed him 2-3 times my pictures but still he was not good in hair brushing and he didn’t know how he could brushing my hair.On the way when I came to salon someone called me and told me which kind of brushing do u want and I said my hair stylist Melissa knows what I want and no one said she doesn’t have time to do that.They pulled me here and then passed me to anyone elseI don’t recommend this salon and Melissa and Marcus to anyone.Melissa said anyone is different here and I couldn’t expect more.I need to go back home and take a shower and do my hair iron after put time money for this awful brushing .

I went about a week ago, I usually go to the Oak Ridge store but since I was in Turkey Creek,I decided to grab what I needed. The store was very overwhelming, everything’s on top of one another. I grabbed what I needed and headed to checkout. I stood in the line for about five-ten minutes before the cashier even acknowledged me, she was too busy playing on her phone. She gave me the customer service phone number since Ulta had signed me up twice for a rewards account. She quickly shoved everything I had got into my bag and didn’t even say “Have a good day”. I understand if you weren’t having a good day but please don’t be rude to everyone else around you.

I was pleased with the availability of the product I went in to purchase and made but when I went back because they "forgot" my free gift with purchase...and waited in line again....they said they were out of the free gifts and wouldn't be getting any more in. I was frustrated and suggested they take down the prolific signs around the product line offering the gift and Keeley's answer was "we might if we get around to it". Absolutely terrible customer sevice. I will take my business elsewhere.
