This is literally the only review I have ever left. After the website and phone bot couldn’t help me with an issue. I drove to the store to hopefully speak to a human being. I work in customer service so I am always kind and patient to others in the industry. The lady was no help either. She was rude and kept interrupting me. I left in tears with my issue unresolved.

Impossible to get a hold of a human being on the phone. They keep sending our packages back to the shipper despite us going into the Knoxville location and them saying they would hold them!

NEVER can talk to a person. And automated voice always hangs up on you!!!!! How can you file a complaint if they hang up on you or tells you to contact whomever after you have already done that and they hang up on you. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Over a MONTH late on delivering cattle semen for AI work. All time considered, a $10,000 loss. Their excuse is "3 days of snow put us a month behind". I will update with that UPS does to try to make this right. Until then, I hope I live long enough to watch Amazon put this company out of business.

If I could give a zero I would my package has been here almost a week and it's been delayed 3 times for severe weather when both the roads and skies are clear your better off using the post officeEdit: I still have not got my package after going there and them refusing to release the package it said it was out for delivery and it still has not arrived

Not open posted hours. Went at 11am and was told they decided to close until 12. Only problem is they close at 12. Came back next day and same thing. Was told by Barney Fife that they were "too busy" so they closed. The woman inside told me she needed a bathroom break until 1. It was 11:30. UPS Customer Care refuses to acknowledge the issue.

My packages are being delayed every single day!!!! We didn't even get 2 inches of snow here and its been melted for days!!!!I'm wsiting on 5 packages one of them its been 9 days! Every day it says out for delivery then it ends up saying delayed... FedEx delivered. And I can't even schedule to pick up at a location because I can't Fer anyone on the phone ..Do yalls job.I can't do my job because you won't deliver my supplies!!!!

I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW DID YOU ALL LOSE MY PACKAGE IN YOUR WAREHOUSE!!!??? IT HAVE MADE IT JUST FINE FROM OVERSEAS TOKNOX, TN THAN YOU ALL LOSE MY PACKAGE IN KNOX,TN "AND CANT FIND IT"!!?? MY PACKAGE CONTAINED BABY SUPPLIES!!! BASED ON READING ALL THE REVIEWS ON THESE MISTAKES YOU ALL SHOULD TAKE A DRUG TEST BECAUSE AT THIS POINT IT AINT NO WAY THAT YOU ALL ARE GOINT TO WORK SOBER AND NOT GEEKED UP ON ANYTHING OR DRUNK!!! I ACTUALLY WORK IN A WAREHOUSE AND DO SHIPPING! OUR ACCURACY HAVE TO BE 100 % WHAT IS REQUIRED ON EVERYDAY BASIS AND WE DONT LOSE PACKAGES INSIDE OUR WAREHOUSE!!!!WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!!!!!!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK YOU ALL OWE ME FOR THE COST OF MY ENTIRE PACKAGE REFUND ME!!!!

Was told I would receive a phone call from a person in charge within an hour and it’s been way longer than that. Was also told I could pick up my package from the facility to find out that’s not even possible. The customer service is absolutely horrible with UPS

Last scan on my package was on 1/20/24. Same as others reporting , severe weather was the excuse. Weather here has been good for 3 days, I'm starting to think they lost package. They should provide better updates.

Nice people but you can never tell when it's open. I use this place several times a week for shipping and it can be hit or miss if they are open. The hours are posted and I always get there during the posted times but several times no one is there. I have even asked the guards around the corner and they have no idea why. The employees never say why just kinda brush it off. Won't stop me from going I need it and I drive by it several times a day so oh well.

We're supposedly having weather so horrible that the UPS professional drivers who now get over $150K a year in pay and benefits cannot make deliveries the past 48 hours, but Doordash and pizza deliveries are happening to my neighbors. This would not be so bad, but after 72 hours waiting to get a response after 3.5 hours on the phone, I cannot make an arrangement to do a pick-up of a 6 oz. item at their facility less than 10 miles from me. UPS is broken to the point that the US Post Office surpasses them at every level of service. Who would have guessed this?! In the future when I order anything, I will ask the method of shipment and if UPS is involved, I will find another vendor.Boilerplate answer from UPS in 3, 2. 1....
