The person at the counter tried to upsell me on an Amazon return, even though it very specifically said on Amazon/my phone that I did not need a box and to just return it in the manufacturers packaging. Very sketchy. Reading the owner's response to other reviews, they have done absolutely nothing to address this recurring issue.

I liked that in the store there is a girl who speaks Spanish, Esmeralda. He helped me in the services I used. Very cordial and kind.

I went into return two large boxes of which I had already been to a UPS store and they told me I needed to have it in a box. No one ever told me that it needed to be taped and this was news to me. I’ve never had to tape up a box when taking something back to UPS from Amazon. I get it stores are different as the Girl so rudely informed me that UPS is a franchise and they all have different rules. I was irritated because I didn’t have any cash on me And two dollars for a piece of tape is ridiculous. So I told her not to worry about it. I do have tape in my car. It was duct tape, but it was tape I went and got my tape came back into the store and apologized and said look I’m sorry I’ve just never heard and before I could even get my apology out she interrupts me and is extremely rude and was like I don’t make the rules , I said I get that I know that but I’m trying to apologize as she’s looking at me as if I am scum of the Earth and totally ignoring me I say I’m trying to apologize and you’re being very rude. I’ve never had to do what you’re asking of me and I just found it very odd and frustrating. Again, she cuts me off and says again I don’t make the rules so I finally tell her to just please take the box and give me my receipt so I can get out of there. Customer service ever and she gave zero cares about it.

Besides having a stellar location, this UPS store location is superb with customer service. I have used them on multiple occasions and have always been completely satisfied with the overall experience. Huge shoutout to Sam (owner/manager) who literally saved my day with staying on top of tracking of a critical package I needed to arrive last minute for a work presentation. I couldn’t trust anyone else with my shipping needs!

Horrible experience trying to return Amazon packages. Argued with us two separate times. The first time that the box wasn’t taped well enough because it was a “customer to box” and UPS to provide label. Refused to take it. And the second separate experience was some clothing in the original clear packaging that the employee refused because there was not the “outer Amazon packaging” on. There is no where that says the original Amazon bag must be used and this item was sealed and taped in its own packaging but the employee tried to make us buy a separate UPS bag to put over the other bag. Do not use for any Amazon returns. Take returns and business to Kohls across the street. Their customer service is easily superior and hassle free.

Absolute horrible customer service, Went 2x to do a simple Amazon return. The Amazon order came in a bag when I went to the store they said no you need a box. Went back home got a box went back to the store waited in line again for a 2nd time and was then told it would be a $2 charge for a piece of 12” tape. Absolutely ridiculous I wish Amazon would stop dealing with this company all together. If the UPS store is that hard up for supplies maybe they should either stop taking in Amazon products or request supplies from Amazon to help support their business.

If I could give no stars I would. As a resident of Knoxville while had her homes destroyed in the tornado this UPS charged for tape on a package that was an Amazon return. The rep was rude and said I have problems too. I get that but I don’t have a home and all belongings destroyed. $3 charge for tape is unreal and awful customer service with no care for the community and the people who just lost everything due to a tornado.

Alex! Horrible attitude and service. Charged us $3 for tape to seal an envelope. Asked if she could waive the fee because we had been displaced by a tornado this week (evacuated, not allowed back in). Her response was," You've got problems, so do I."

Everyone in store so helpful. Today Alex helped me with packing and return. Such a nice young lady. I saw Patrick again. He helped me a few months ago. Even helped me with my android phone to print label. I am a grandma, such patient young people. Just had to brag on them.

Sam was awesome! I came into the store with a plethora of Amazon returns all on individual QR return codes. He was so patient and understanding during the whole process!!

I’ve been to this store numerous times to either drop off packages or pick them up! A new employee Elijah is super awesome and very friendly!
