Had to ship a large valuable package internationally, and the staff here were not only friendly and professional, they really took the time to track down all information to make sure my package was properly processed and handled. The package just arrived with my international client, very quickly, and in great shape. Made an otherwise stressful situation easy for me and I appreciate this store and its staff! I made the line long with my complicated shipment, but the other staff members there worked quickly and professionally to keep the line moving while I was there.

Completely unhelpful. I was informed that I had the wrong return code. The advice that I was given was to "chase a UPS truck down" to complete my return.

As an Amazon dropoff location this place rocks... Just walk in, hand them an unpacked item, show them the QR code and you're on your way... Very friendly staff to boot.

I went to the ups store to return a very large package that I bought from Amazon and was delivered by UPS, the package was severely damaged. I went into the store to let the staff know that the package was damaged and had parts falling out, before I brought it into the store. I asked if they had some tape that I could tape up the box. A tall, bald, arrogunt clerk, barley let me finish my story when he stated that if the box was damaged that he would charge me to repack it. I explained that it was an amazon return (free Shipping), he interrupted again, " he didn't care he would charge me to repack the box . I asked if I could borrow some tape and that I would tape up the box. He replied "NO You can buy some tape" What kind of customer service is this? This idiot has no business' working with the public.I was so shocked that unfortunately I lost my temper and uttered a few choice words, I bought the tape when a very nice lady came from the back of the store and helped me. she told me if you need help let me know and I will get my tape gun and come out to help you.I have been a business owner for over 30 years, we bend over backwards for help our customers, we go way out of our way to make the customers day better.Maybe some additional customer service training would help for this individual. The rest of the staff was great.

Picking up a package, was told my ID didn't match the name which is mine and when I finally was handed the package it had my name on it. How is my name not my name? Not impressed.

Been dropping off of packages for years. Always so efficient. A few months back had to send back two bar stools, very awkward packaging and they made it happen in the least costly way possible. Thanks for everything you all do.

What a wonderful experience I had with this store on Thursday, May 25th. There were several employees working that afternoon around 4pm but Brock was my main point of contact. I brought in 2 large beautiful potted plants from my mother's funeral services that I eagerly wanted to get back to Texas. One plant I wanted packed and shipped and the other plant I only wanted packed so I could check the box as luggage on my United flight.Brock was determined to make this happen for me. He shared that he too had some plants from his father's services and he knew first hand how important this was for me.He did warn me that he would package them as well as possible and denote on the outside "this side up" / "live plants" but once it left the store it was unfortunately in other people's hands.Brock and the team packed both up in a timely manner and I am VERY pleased to share that BOTH plants made it safely to Houston TX! They both look as beautiful as when I dropped them off and they bring me so much joy. Thank YOU for making this happen for me. I am forever grateful.

I’ve been in this store many many times. Maybe 40+ times. I can honestly say 90% of those visits, there’s been a strong lack of hospitality (sometimes towards me, sometimes towards other customers). The attitudes of several employees at this location are similar to the attitudes you see at some fast food locations. But you expect more from a place like UPS. These aren’t teenagers. Their angst towards customers simply trying to ship things and use their services is truly remarkable sometimes. They seem to obsess over every possible incorrect measure taken by someone dropping a box off (you didn’t do this, why did you do this, huffing and puffing, making things awkward, etc etc). Their entire day is made up of all these details. They obsess over every detail around shipping a box. But they forget that customers have lives outside of shipping boxes. It’s like the employees here are just waiting for someone to make a misstep so they can snap at them, rather than the proper attitude that I’ve seen at other UPS Stores: “Hey, no problem, let’s get this box shipped for you. I’ll tape this up and we’ll get you squared away sir!”Just continually disappointing attitudes and I have a decent sample size to base that on by now. Not just a single bad experience.

I have never met people so rude in my entire life. Customer service is horrible. Both people that helped me had a horrible attitude and argued the little older lady next to me and pretty well any well that they spoke to or came in contact with from watching… by the time I left I was shaking, and almost in tears I was so furious!!! That is all completely uncalled for not one person that was in line, or that they were helping acted like they were acting.. absolutely no reason for it.! I honestly cannot believe that the manager lets them act and talk to people that way. So my advice is go elsewhere DO NOT visit this store.
