My fiance has a card to this bank,his pay from his employer is loaded to that card. He had 2 different online sites taking money since it's issue month and now over 130.00 total charges taken away and the bank will dispute the charges but Will Not give any return of Funds..smh We do not own a computer or game system that uses internet yet he has these charges that are from online sites,and the only solution they had was issue a new card..smh no refund no help at all. They charge fees to use the card yet they have no customer service it's just a joke as far as I have seen I would not recommend this bank US Bank at all. Not good service ????? Kim your response was not helpful because no there was no dispute filed because they wanted to cancel his card and he needed it he travels alot for work daily..but thanks for your response

1/2/19 If there was ever a banker who truly cared and went the extra mile I would said it was because of DiDi at US Bank Market Square branch. She educates you at the same time and will give you options to suit your personal banking needs. I applied over telephone but they can't seem to tell me anything. If I was NOT a customer, I would switch banks because of DiDi. If US Bank is reading this review they need to have her train each branch office which how to offer US bank products and services. Their Knoxville TN branch offices has serious training issues. Thank you again DiDi for first class service.

We met with DiDi at the downtown Knoxville branch to talk about loans, credits getting a document notarized, etc. She was INCREDIBLE. Not only did she provide us with information that we didn't even think of she ran the whole bank area BY HERSELF while there were other noticeable people sitting in offices (now they could have been doing something important but leaning back in a chair having coffee...maybe). Anyway, DiDi spent her undivided attention with us and when another customer she kept apologizing for her service. THERE WAS NO NEED!! She set us up with things we didn't even know we qualified for and fixed our accounts to be more accessible and easier to mange since we are newly married. And I listened to her while she gave other customers across the room behind the banking desk (we were at her office desk) being cheerful and truly thanking them for their time and for banking with US Bank. I am nurse and my husband an EMT/firefighter and what we notice is people get more upset and impatient when they are not being seen RIGHT AWAY instead of looking around and seeing there are other people being helped. DiDi made sure that didn't happen and served every customer smiling and joking and everyone left WITH A SMILE. I hope corporate understands the importance of the employees who go the extra mile ON THEIR OWN to improve their company. It's these employees that will make or break your company or location and DiDi not only eased my anxiety about paying off my student loans and banking with my husband she truly took care of us and if any employee or future customer reads this she will do her absolute best to educate, provide direction based on what's good FOR YOU, and you'll just have a better day because in all the craziness of the morning not one other person assisted her and she ran it so smoothly. DiDi thank you for all you've done you are so great!! And having someone who has connections in Minnesota was great to chat about (she even made time to get to know us and put us at ease!)

Exceptional service at this US Bank branch. Branden and DiDi are always friendly and eager to serve! My transactions are always quick and hassle-free. What a cheerful and positive group of individuals.

Today we came in with the intent on just cashing a check; however the new teller and Jim Stoneburner were exceptionally nice and related with us so well we decided to get a checking account and a new credit card. As we were leaving the lady teller who loves Pokemon {which we like too} left us with a smile. I will definitely be back and soon i will be transferring all of my banking business to you guys!
