We are there every week taking out “petty cash” for tips etc. We prefer going to the drive-up teller vs the atm because the staff are all so pleasant and such a joy to see their smiling faces, especially Lana! She is always bright and bubbly and really makes our day. We initially had a slight issue receiving our new checks when we first moved to the area but that was during COVID so everything in the world was a mess. They hopped right on it and it was resolved quickly. No problems since. They are great!

I went through the drive thru the other day to do some deposits and was helped out by Lana. She was amazing and so friendly! Her customer service and speed were impeccable. I'm leaving this review specifically for her. I can't speak to the others who work here, etc. But with so many negative reviews this location has received in recent years, I figured this would help out a bit. Give Lana a raise!

Getting really annoyed at this bank.With the atm machines that are constantly down to the only 4 days a week that they are only open. Yesterday I went to the ATM to withdraw $300.The machine spit out a receipt,then I never got my money!Yet it was debited from my account?!!On driving around to tell them about it, there was nothing that they could do.They suggested I call the number on the back of my debit card and file a claim.They said I would receive my money back in my account after 10 days!!!!I will be looking for another bank soon.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The manager flat out lied to me twice. I even asked to talk to district manager and was told she would call me back. Never heard a word. Looking for new bank today.

Worthless Manager and the funny part this review is not for money because I don't owe anything to them. She just didn't want to help me to print my statements, and I was on the phone with customer service from USBank at the time and they call the branch to make it possible for me to get the statements, and she told me that that it was not important because I was an immigrant and she skipped me and went to the next customer. Fortunately the customer service lady was so nice that she call another branch near me and they give me my statements thank you Rachael Pickwell for the Fantastic service.

I came in with my client to get them prequalified for a home loan. Nancy Bosson questioned my clients citizenship, and ability to even produce 2 tax returns, before she even had a chance to ask for their names. (Questioning someone's citizenship is illegal). Having an accent does not mean that you are dirt poor, living on food stamps, and don't have the financial capacity to qualify for a home loan. Very discriminating Nancy.

Worst service ever. Not friendly at all. Expect no assistance in any way. They clearly proffit from overdraft fees. Will not allow any payments over the phone, so you have to get more overdrafts per day you dont come in. Save yourself alot of money and trouble do not use this bank for anything. Call a credit union. Banks are not normally this shady, they are a special kind of shady. Smile in your face.

Opened an account & made it very clear that I did NOT want any possibility of an over draft & they said ok. They could make sure that didn't happen. Well 8 months after opening the account I have an over draft. My son charged $20 on xbox & now I'm expected to pay a $37 overdraft fee bc they either want .e to take out a loan or come to the branch to have it "reviewed" so they can see if they can get the over draft fee taken care of. Really?!?! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. They said I wouldn't have to worry about overdrafts & when I have one they get rude & ask me to get a loan to take care of it. Not just no but......H*ll no! Not impressed with this bank & will move every deposit I have to another account! Worst customer service I've seen at a bank.

Worst management ever. Was looking to buy a condo, they never called me back for an update. I waited two months for them to tell me they don't do loans at that location. TWO MONTHS for them to realize they don't do loans there. I spoke with the manager about my experience and she was very passive. Terrible staff
