Jon literally saved my life today. Samsung was stressing me out with a warranty claim and I decided just to use my insurance instead. At the point that I showed up at this store I was so flustered and frazzled and frankly, nauseous. Jon was super kind and helpful. He got the warranty claim in for me and made it so fast, easy and stress free. Thank you!!!!!

Warning: US Cellular West Knoxville Exploits Elderly Customers
â ď¸ Warning: if you plan to bring an Apple phone to US Cellular, donât. They wonât tell you which models are compatible and youâll waste hours trying to figure it out.
Zero stars if possible.
US Cellular in West Knoxville failed my 85-year-old mother. Yes, the phone we bought at Apple wasnât compatibleâbut no one explained why or mentioned their compatibility tool. Instead, we were misled into thinking we had to buy directly from them. We had to return to Apple twice, visit 2 US Cellular stores, and go through a stack of phones at Apple before finding one that worked.
When Apple management called for answers, the manager lied and doubled down. This wasnât a misunderstandingâit was disgraceful treatment and dishonesty toward an elderly customer.

We have been in this store 2 times in the past month and I have to give associate Jyden the highest praise of customer service on both visits. He bent over backwards to assist and spoke very clearly and he is very knowledgeable about the products. It has been a long time since I have had such a great experience in ANY store. This young man is absolute delight to have in your store!

Did not received a statement for April, paid at Knoxville's office $82.54. I enrolled in USCellular (USC) 28 years ago and remained in excellent standard until 2025. Not sure what changes were made to the company nor the people they employed. In my opinion, the company this year does not have the customer focus they once had in the past. USCellular began to sent text saying that my bill is due in 4 day. I received my statement on the 26 and the date due is the 4th of the month. When I received a statement, a check is written and mailed the next day. Every time I talk with someone at USC, I received a different answer. I don't drive around to paid bills - never have and NEVER will. Most SENIOR citizen HATE changes. I give USC in its present situation an F for correct communication, empathy and curiosity.

I have been a US Cellular customer for over 26 years. The Kingston Pike store has been my favorite to work with since it openedâŚI think that was a few years ago.Casey, who I met years ago and Jimmy in the last year, are awesome. They both get 10+ stars for customer service. Jimmy MullinsâŚI have worked with the most in the last year, he has helped me 4 times as well as two others in my extended family. His technical skills are incredible and I appreciate his support and that he is very kind to meâŚa non-geek! Who understands nothing about technology! And prefers a landline any day..lol.Most recently he helped me upgrade my phone and my account. He listened carefully to what my needs are for a phone.He is professional, respectful, honest and never pushy. If you have a problem he works patiently until it is resolved. If he tells you something, you can rely on it. These guys are top notch and bring all their best attributes the the cellphone market. They help make USCellular the success story that it has become.

Went in for a billing issue after the Harriman location wouldnât even open their computer to see what was going on and they were who started my services. Katelyn immediately began working on it found the problem fixed it and called customer service to have my account credited. Very polite helpful and professional!

My Family and I have been with US cellular for a good time now. In Dec. 2022 we got 2 new phones something went wrong with are bill and it put another account on are bill. Now to everyone bill was being payed on time but the amount that was on the billing statement. Then was getting emails about the bill be hind let's just say this has been a good dollar to get this worked out :( all together about $1000.00 and we are sill fighting it.... when working on the problem sadly to say no one now how to help us the worker trying to help us was being put on hold and transferred more times then you could count so no we are not happy because most of all this was not are falt. But it is what it is just need to know stay or go......??????.......

Canât remember the gentleman that helped us but he did a amazing job! Very fast and fixed a mistake down by another store in no time. I wonât go anywhere else.
