Went in for a billing issue after the Harriman location wouldn’t even open their computer to see what was going on and they were who started my services. Katelyn immediately began working on it found the problem fixed it and called customer service to have my account credited. Very polite helpful and professional!

My Family and I have been with US cellular for a good time now. In Dec. 2022 we got 2 new phones something went wrong with are bill and it put another account on are bill. Now to everyone bill was being payed on time but the amount that was on the billing statement. Then was getting emails about the bill be hind let's just say this has been a good dollar to get this worked out :( all together about $1000.00 and we are sill fighting it.... when working on the problem sadly to say no one now how to help us the worker trying to help us was being put on hold and transferred more times then you could count so no we are not happy because most of all this was not are falt. But it is what it is just need to know stay or go......??????.......

Can’t remember the gentleman that helped us but he did a amazing job! Very fast and fixed a mistake down by another store in no time. I won’t go anywhere else.

John is GR8T! The store was completely busy & under covered/short staff & he still managed to juggle concerns with billing on a new purchase/upgrade. THANK U JOHN! for taking time to break my bill down to where I understood! Thats Customer Dervice!

Thank you Sylvester, this is the go to guy at this location, we had a different guy last time when my wife replaced her phone and I watch this man in action and knew when it was time to replace mine this is who I wanted to help me. Very professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Hope you are still there when I need my next phone. BTW this guy is the manager and has been with the company since 2005 if I remember correctly from our conversation.

Very slow on service in building. We walked in and was waited on but as I was getting our plan changed I had to wait twice while she waited on other people behind me and 3 phone calls from people. I was standing there and hr. Not that great

The worst phone company of all time. They lie to you just to get your money. Don’t believe anything Gloria on Kingston Pk. says. She’s a con artist. Their deal are BS and they only provide you with 30% of the info you need to know when leasing a phone. They don’t care about people. Only commission.
