The attention is very good, the staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. I went to cricket to activate a number and have a new plan and they told me that the phone does not work they would charge me $100 whether it works or not and I told them that I would not risk losing with them. I went to US cell phone it was fast and I sure recommend it.

On 8/13/2023 I received remarkable service at this location. The sales representative I want to brag on name is Colby. Yesterday my husband and I came into the store so close to closing hours. It wasn't our intention to come in the store so late, but what happened to my phone was so suddenly. It had rained that day and I got an astronomical amount of water in my phone and it was destroyed with water damage. Although the store closed at 5:00 my husband and I went in at 4:30pm. The sales representatives could've been frustrated and/or refused our service; but instead Colby stayed with us until 5:10 getting me a new phone and watch. Not only did he help activate both devices, but he also was intentional making sure that I got all my data from my old devices transferred to the new. He sat and waited for me to look thoroughly and make sure I had everything and waited to see if I had any questions. If you ever visit this store definitely ask for Colby and tell him I sent you!

These employees that work at US Cellular on Broadway are not helpful, the worst part was when I caught her in a lie, that is unacceptable, I have been with US Cellular for 15 years and noticed that ever time I go to the Broadway store there is a problem, last trip for me.

. I feel like the phone i got for 49 to go along with my service which was 45 was really a great deal. I had metro pcs b4 and i was always like can you hear me now but never got a response. So im happy!!

An employee at this store gave helpful information to a person (not the customer or contact holder) that helped them to steal a brand new (not paid off yet) iPhone 13 from me. While this might have seemed like an ok thing to do, I disagree. You are working for a company that pays you to service their customers not help people to screw over the people who pay money monthly to do business with the company you work for. unprofessional.

Do not recommend due to extremely poor service at this location. The salesman did not want to help or take the time to find out what was right for me. He acted like he was too busy to help me and that he knew what I should I do, which was deal with it on my own. As a 14 year US Cellular customer, I was disappointed in the poor service that I have never received at any other US Cellular location. The good news is that a professional salesman at the Kingston Pike location took great care me, listened to my needs, upgraded my service, and I walked away happy. Buyer beware: not all US Cellular locations offer the same level of customer service. 3 salesmen, only 1 customer besides myself in the store.
