I have never had a bit of trouble with that car and nothing had ever needed to be repaired other than routine maintenance to keep it running well. “I bought a car from Joe a little over a year ago and this is a long time coming…
I bought a 2016 BMW X1 with about 85k miles on it. I’m in the Army and was visiting family and was in a car wreck. I didn’t have a lot of time to find a car and needed to find something quick. I looked around online and that was one of two cars I was interested in seeing. When I got to Joe I told him I was interested in the car and if I liked it I would be buying the car. He never tried to upsell me into another car and was extremely patient with me answering all my questions and was honest and up front about all the cars on his lot. I was interested in an X6 on the lot but after looking at it and even though I liked the car he expressed I shouldn’t get it divining how much I’d be driving over the next year and the car still need some minor cosmetic work to be completed. Since purchasing the car in July of ‘24 I have put 45k miles on the car and it has had zero issues. The kicker to the whole story is that after we started the paperwork, and he a guaranteed sale (me about to sign the paperwork, he found out I was in the Army. He took the paperwork back and shredded it and then knocked off $500 because I’m in the Army. Who does that these days? Again he a guaranteed sale and knocked of $500, he knew I was out of state and he’ll the probability of me ever being back in that location is almost 0. My only regret is I didn’t make this review sooner. When it comes time to get another car or a starter car for one of my kids I will go out of my way to use Joe again. Thank you Joe I appreciate you and your service greatly!

“If I could give Sierra and Colt more than five stars I would I walked into the showroom feeling defeated I'd been turned down by six other car places I told them what I had going on and they said don't worry we will get you taken care of I drove off the lot last night with the 2021 Honda pilot less than the down payment I expected less than the payment I expected approval was quick and easy they have saved my Christmas season and for that I am so grateful and thankful any car needs you have they will find a way to help you”
