Not at all busy. Plenty of parking for PO Box customers and those needing counter help. Gentleman was friendly and very helpful in helping me get my package boxed up and sent off.

There's always a long line, there are no machines to take care of your own services, and there's only ever one employee here. This post office looks like it's trapped in 1982.

Every time I visited, there was only 1 staff member at the desk and the line was long. But despite the busyness, the staff, Karen, is extremely friendly and kind.

Driver's erratic driving through the yard damaging objects as well as the garden and yard on 01/25/2023. Phone number listed just reaches a robot. No human access to direct office. Drivers are really something else in the world today.

I have never had issues with this office before. I had the nicest lady checking me out and helping me with all of my questions however today I was met with the rudest clerk. I was mailing a letter— with the words DO NOT BEND on both sides. The second I handed it to her she had bent it in multiple ways. When I was asking questions about international shipping she made me feel stupid and degraded me. In addition, I just needed regular stamps because I ran out and she gave so much attitude believing it was for something else when I just wanted another pack of stamps. If I’m ever coming back I will make sure I do NOT get this clerk. I believe her name started with an M. I will forever love Karen, which despite her name (as ppl associate it with rude people), is one of the nicest people I have met there

My wife came in to mail a package at this location. A man with a pink bread was rude and even laughed at her because came in with a prepaid label and just needed the packaging and instead of helping her. He chose to laugh and giggle that she needs to pay for a package even if the label and everything was prepaid. Rude employees.

I came to this post office location to ship several Vinyl Records, and when I asked the clerk (who I had just watched pick up a bundle of packages and literally throw them into a bin with no regard to their care) to handle them with care as they are “incredibly fragile” her response, in the snippiest tone she could manage was “well are they incredibly well wrapped?” Then she launched into a rant about how “the machines don’t read fragile labels” and “packaging is your responsibility, not ours”.Mind you, each record was well wrapped, but my concern was with her handling of packages, not the machines. She was more concerned with texting on her phone, as she stopped to do so several times, than assisting her customers.I absolutely do not recommend this location.

I have always been absolutely terrified of going in the post office because the people are usually so rude or make me feel rushed. The employee Karen was literally the sweetest, kindest person ever. I felt really lost on how to send my package and she took care of it for me and made sure my package would be safe too. You can tell she really cares about others.

This review is an affirmation for the professionalism of Kim, at the sutherland ave, Knoxville TN. USPS! Kim located my package within hours after our conversation! Kim was very courteous, kind and respectful during my case, follow-up and closing my case! I wish there were more people like Kim in the world who has the capacity and professionalism as Kim does! Thanks for everything Kim!
