I have recently visited this facility, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention several issues that need immediate attention.Firstly, upon entering the post office, I was dismayed to find people's mail and boxes scattered on the floor, leaving them vulnerable to potential theft or damage. This is a clear security concern that needs to be addressed promptly to ensure the safety of our mail.Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the building were subpar during my visit, resulting in an unpleasant odor within the facility. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is crucial, not only for the well-being of customers and staff but also to uphold the integrity of postal services.Additionally, I was surprised to find that there were no flat rate boxes available on the shelves. This inconvenience can cause frustration for customers who rely on these services for their shipping needs. Having essential supplies readily accessible should be a priority for any post office.Finally, it came to my attention that this location is unable to handle international shipping, which is a significant limitation for those in need of such services. This limitation affects the accessibility and competitiveness of this post office in the broader context of postal services.I understand that every post office faces its challenges, but the issues I have highlighted are of grave concern and need immediate attention. Horrible woman runs this joint respectfully ask if she could retrieve my mail because my key was on a ring at the house and she proceeded to question me like a Karen and then just denied me the service because I didn't have my key present. This woman's crazy. I pay for the box the mail is mine and I have the keys just not on my person. Hmm wow

Call and nobody answers its bad when you don't have transportation and want to ask a question as to why your package that you would rather be delivered to your house ended up I'm a lock box at the mailboxes and the key they gave you don't work who do you call since it was post office and not UPS

Great customer service from the woman working there. She helped me when I wasn't sure how to ship out an item since they were out of small flat rate boxes.-1 star because the USPS supplies are minimal.

The customer service is terrible. The lady who works front desk is so uninterested and careless about the customers who come in. The first time she quoted me an insane price for a small box and now is helpless with a click n ship issue. She just looks at you so interested and like you are a burden, kind of outrageous considering this is here in Karns. Everyone is so kind typically.

Avoid this post office at all possible. I should have read the reviews. I should have noticed all the red flags upon entering. No receipt. My Father’s Day card never got delivered.

I noticed this post office had bad reviews and I was so confused why because this was the best customer service at a post office I have ever experienced! Maybe it’s because I am from Los Angeles and most people are rude there and the people at the post office usually hate their job in LA. But I brought materials I needed packaged and the lady here really helped me out and found the best package option that worked for my things. She was super nice and asked me about my travels. It probably helped that I was the only one there for a few minutes. I can understand if someone was in a hurry how they wouldn’t like that. But I appreciated the kindness I received and how helpful she was since I wasn’t familiar with the area and didn’t have all the right packaging materials with me. This was definitely a 5 star experience!

Had a package today that just needed some tape. The lady at the front was not helpful in any way and told me to go to the Dollar General to close the box. I come back in and she tells me to set it down. Didn't scan it or give me a receipt. Horrible customer service and questionable chain of custody practices.

Omg... ok I get it one person works here. But they NEVER left notice that we had a package to pick up. And she wouldn't give an answer as to why I couldn't have my package delivered to my house. This was a christmas gift that we purchased well in enough time to be delivered way before christmas. The shipper put a 2day ship on it, that was Dec 8th And its Dec 27th! The only reason why I have it now is because i went to the post office after calling 1800 trying to file a claim, but i couldnt because it said it wasnt lost! She didnt want to give it to me, said I needed mail with the address on it to prove that it was me. As if my ID wasnt enough?! Thats ridiculous. Maem you have too much control/power in the position your in and your tampering with peoples mail. What else have I not gotten I wonder.

Zero Stars if I could. They will not answer the phone when you call. They have ignored two redelivery requests on a package they never attempted to deliver in the first place. Have called USPS three times now and they can't get a response from the carnes post office on why they refuse to deliver this package.

I have been coming to this Post Office in Karns for about 20 years. The lady that runs it, is Lola. She is always so cheerful and eager to help. I chat with her, when I come here, unless the post office is too busy. She has an excellent memory, which certainly helps with great customer service. I definitely would recommend this location.

Absolutely the worst post office in the city. Time and time again I've been disappointed by the lack of performance by both the delivery drivers and the woman who runs this post office. None of the employees at this location care about anything but themselves, and the customer is just an inconvenience in their day. If you can avoid this place altogether, do it. They do not deserve anyone's business.

Just went out to my mailbox to find a packages too small to fit was bent and jammed in my mailbox! This isn’t the first time this has happened but is time I spend 5mins breaking apart the box to get it out. Come on guys don’t be so lazy!!! Also no answer after calling the post office multiple times!

This is a contract location run single-handedly (thus the lunch break) by a hard working, woman. She's always been pleasant to me and since I've frequented the location for over a decade, we've become friendly. (She asks about how my family is doing, etc). I am primarily a business customer and appreciate the convenience of the location and am always able to get receipts and assistance with international packages or other odd package help.
