I was sent to this location by the 1-800 customer service representative to pick up a package. This site does not have a customer service center or a pick up counter, or a way inside unless you are an employee. So not only was I not able to get inside to talk to a postal worker, my package wasn't even at this location (you would think the representative would have known these things). Thankfully a VERY helpful employee exited the building and graciously assisted me. My package was actually at a different postal center where the gentleman had to dig through a dark corner to locate it. This is another example of why the government should not be funding a service to the public.

No public access. Stop wasting our tax dollars with excessive buildings, staff and utilities that are inefficient.

Mail should not be delivered from a post office with absolutely no service. You can't call, they don't answer. You can't file service requests online, they don't find your package, a solution, call or email. You can't approach the mail carrier, she is extremely nasty and rude.I had a package marked delivered on 10/27 and they parcel box key was never placed in my box (this happens all the time), on 11/2 the mail carrier removed the box and left me a note saying it would be at the post office for pick up. I kept going to the Farragut office since they have service employees and my package was never there. On 11/9, the carrier told me she put the package in her personal cubicle (which absolutely should not be allowed) and then sent it back. For all I know, she may have stolen my son's birthday gift. She is rude and ruthless and this location fails to manage their employees, let alone help people whose mail comes from here.

Please update your Google. I went there specifically because it was a service center... Locked doors with a sign to the real one. Didn't make it in time. Also, restrictions are down and vaccinations are free; what is your excuse?

It is not open to the public at all. There may be times you have to go there to get mail because they haven't delivered your mail for days or even weeks. The outside appearance of this facility is a demonstration on how NOT to perform proper upkeep of a Government facility. You feel like you may get ticks just dropping of mail into the mailboxes outside. It is one nasty looking building that needs some attention for sure. I think our hard working postal workers deserve something much better than this.

This is a mail processing center, no retail services at all. They did come to the door and help me find a real post office

Try to send my friend a baby registry gift, these MF wouldn’t deliver the package. I called USPS and Amazon 3 times to work out a reschedule delivery plan. After 2 replacements and 10 redeliveries from them, they are still unwilling to just LEAVE the package at the door. After seeing the reviews on this location I’m convinced that going to the location to pick up would be a hassle as well. I guess I’ll have to buy a different gift that does not use USPS services. Worst delivery experience of my life.

Not a real Post Office--just some sort of processing center. DO NOT VISIT HERE!
