I have been to 3 different Verizon authorized dealers over the years and have problems with each and every single one of them when it came time for my bill. This last one they told me I would get a bill from Verizon $300 and disregard it. They told me this three times I said okay. Now here it is a month and a half later. Guess who's hounding me for $300? Can you say Verizon? I will never use a Verizon authorized dealer again in my life.

Nora was very informative & helpful. We were making a purchase with my parents over the phone & she communicated every detail amongst all the commotion. She was very knowledgeable about the services, plans and devices being offered. Very sweet lady!

Came in so my husband could order a new phone and Linwood took care of us. They were short staffed today, but he made sure we knew they were ready to helpus as soon as possible. This felt more like a friend helping us find the best deal and less like a sales associate trying to upsell. Thank you!

I came into the Chapman highway store needing to pay a bill and needing to make some adjustments on my my account. Linwood was very helpful in getting things corrected and situated on my account. If you need sales or service I would recommend the store.

Save your time and go to an actual Verizon store. The employee input my last name incorrectly and turned a 20 minute process into a 3 hour one. These people clearly aren't trained properly.

Neil is a pro. Wasn't pushy in the least bit. Very knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with reps that hate their job and have zero interest in a post-sale relationship. Neil took my call on his cell, on his day off, set an appointment and solved my problems in under 30 minutes. He showed a deep understanding of the product sets, the service plans and the processes related to Verizon. I strongly recommend asking for Neil's phone number and setting an appointment.

Very bad sales associate. Mike copped an attitude as soon as we came in. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. We asked his name, he said he didn’t have to tell us and that we shouldn’t try an tell him how to do his job and we could just order our phone on line! Well, someone needs to train him how to do his job! The store “manager” took over after we asked to speak to the manager. Kara helped us with our purchase until the end when it was downloading the information from the old phone to the new. She said it was time for her to go so she would have someone else take over. Really??? After the very unprofessional actions we had to deal with? We took the phones still downloading and left. We figured out the rest on our own. Very frustrating place to deal with.

Went to Verizon on Chapman for help setting up my phone. Travis was patient and kind enough to help me get all of my info transferred to my new phone as my old one was dying rapidly. He also answered a call while waiting for my things to transfer. He was speaking with an older lady that was having problems. He was patient and kind with her also as she was having trouble understanding I think. There are not enough kind folks like him in this world. He is an asset to Verizon and I hope they treat him well and give him a raise! Thank you Travis!
