Was helped a little and given a number to call but my phone wasn’t working and I asked how that was supposed to work when my phone wasn’t in working condition to dial out? They didn’t offer or anything and I was in a town I didn’t know anyone. Thanks!

Just went there have been a Verizon customer for years. Decided to go in and talk to someone about the process of getting an ipad. Dude was like you can just do it all online got online to do it and it’s no that simple a lot unanswered questions that could have easy been answered in person. In store. Decided to call the cellular sale in the mall. The guy was even more rude. Won’t be buying. Thanks guys

The guy that waited on me was trying to be nice. However, he had an arrogent air about him. Might just be who he is. Had questioned staying with the company because I had been with verizon so long. After this visist, it was an easy decision to change providers

I don’t usually do reviews, but this store and the gentleman who helped us was such a blessing to me and my father yesterday. We had a complicated problem and had gotten tossed around from Verizon at Turkey Creek to the Apple Store in the mall and finally this store in Bearden. The attitude of the employee was like night and day from what we had experienced at other stores. Ed, the exceptionally nice and helpful employee who sat with us for an hour and a half doing anything and everything he could think of to help us solve our problem was nothing short of a blessing. I will never step foot in the Turkey Creek location again and only go to the Bearden Hill location. Thank you Ed!

Save yourself the hassle and buy through Verizon.Anything done at this store Verizon cannot see so it’s a hassle. They cancelled my phone order without telling me. They won’t accept returns on equipment.They don’t get ‘paid’ unless you purchase something so they won’t help you with customer service calls.Avoid yourself my 3 month hassle and just purchase your device online directly.

James is the finest individual I have ever had the pleasure of working with when it comes to cell phone plans and services. James explained every detail of our Verizon plan thoroughly and answered every question we had (no matter how silly our questions were) and took the time to ensure that we had everything we needed! If you visit this location, make SURE you talk to James because he REALLY knows what he’s doing. This man takes professionalism to the next level, seriously, he has truly raised the bar for customer service across the board. Also, James really has an eye for what makes a good phone/case/accessory combo look COOL!

I NEVER do reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a review about my experience the other day at this store because it was nothing short of mindblowingly wonderful. I want it to go on record that my experience at this Verizon was top tier l, primarily because of the service that was rendered by your employee James.Not only was he amiable, extremely helpful, and well versed in everything, but he is the literal and figurative reason why we are so overwhelmingly happy and content with our services.I hated to bother him with little questions, but he has been so extremely helpful with everything. I have never in my life had an employee such as James go above and beyond like he did. Verizon, this is y’all’s MOST valuable asset. Thank you James! I LOVE my new phone!!!!

The service rep./tech, fixed my wife’s android phone within 2 minutes. We didn’t buy the phone here, but I would recommend this place anytime. Great people and service.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday. After sustaining water damage to my cell phone during my family vacation to SC, I had completely lost hope that my phone would ever work again. I saw my screen go from working to glitching to completely black this after storing it in rice and silica gel for 2 days. Due to not adequately backing up my data, it seemed I had lost so much stuff accumulated over the years and would never retrieve again. I was so sad and then I remembered that I had a SIM card and a microSD chip in my ancient phone. By then I had spoken to 3 customer service reps that gave no helpful direction and led me to believe that my only option was to get a new phone. Well yesterday we were returning home from our travels when we detoured to have lunch at our favorite restaurant across the street from this Verizon store location. I took a chance and called just to see if anyone could check to see if my SIM card and microSD chip were still functional and perhaps had any data I could retrieve. I spoke to John who was also so helpful and he referred me to the service center. I went there immediately and that is where I met Dave Jones. My first impression was his calm and confident demeanor and his warm smile. He assured me that my SIM card and MicroSD Port were functional and when I explained the rest of my story I then learned 2 things. That I found myself in a rare Verizon store that has in store fullrepair service and that a copy of my ancient phone was in stock! Dave told me he would swap out my screen and to give him 25 to 30 minutes. When I returned my phone was working again. I was elated! The repair was a little pricey but so well worth it. I went from being completely hopeless that my phone would ever work again to holding my phone in my hand completely functional like nothing ever happened and all this in less than 1 hour! Dave was a complete professional and solved my problem 100%. Even thinking about it now I can hardly believe it. I am beyond grateful and my expectations superseded! I now have time to make sure my phone is adequately backed up before I buy my next phone. Thank you so much Dave and special thanks as well to John. Dave Jones you deserve 100 stars!
