Store is 10/10 I go in just about everyday to get 2 energy drinks for the day. The employees are incredible and are extremely awesome to talk to. No better vitamin shoppe than this one.

I love this store. They have a great selection and constant deals. Employees are always friendly and willing to help but not pushy. At every visit I get asked if I have an account with them and they remind me of any awards I might have. Very clean space as well.

don’t waste your time here. i always ALWAYS shop here. i got a buy one get one promotion three days ago. was told at the counter if i didn’t like the flavors, i could swap them out because the choices were limited that day. i’ve always been told i could swap a flavor out. i call and verify i can swap my flavors for something else, and am told on the phone, “yeah! no problem.” i get there and the cashier had no real idea if i could do this or not. but he told me i could so i drove up there, picked new flavors, only to be told now i don’t get the buy one get one free. why did the employees tell me on the phone that i could if in fact that’s not true? called corporate to get some answers, hoping maybe i’d at least feel listened to. you have employees who have clearly never touched a barbell before in their life, saying “i have no clue” when i ask about a supplement, and also giving false information to regular customers. i’ll never ever shop here again. vitamin world in maryville hs always taken care of me. guess i’ll stick to them. and i never leave bad reviews. this is how upset these people have gotten me.
