Customer Service: This company will only email you or text you and never return your call so that you can speak to an actual person.Emergency Number: They post an emergency number on their lot but is an unattended recoding service. You will never receive a call back.Lot Management: One Star: They have allowed my rented spot to be taken three different times and in two case they rented it to someone else. It is a poorly managed lot and the locations are not marked and new comers will park in any location unknowing the lot number that they have rentedMy recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

As far as business is concerned, the manager, Kevin Hicks puts people at ease when in need of storing a vehicle. My issue comes into play when he uses his position with that business in unethical and immoral ways. He should refrain from using his customers RV's and campers for his own intimate gratification! I suppose it was the most convenient way to keep his fiance from finding out the truth about his "extra curricular" activities!
