Worst Walgreens ever all the employees are lazy and rude. Never seen such poor customer service in my life. I don’t recommend this Walgreens if it was the only store in town.

My sister and I was making copies of pictures and an employee helped us, his name is Christin. I hope that I spelled it right.

Love the employees both in the pharmacy and the front checkout! So frienly and I know one who knows me by name when I come in. She's super! Has delivery except for controlled substances and that is a big help since I have to Uber. Recently moved closer to 2 other Walgreens by 2 miles but think I'll stick to this one!

Pharmacy was very helpful yesterday when picking up my meds ,and had the n95 mask available. Thank you for good service in these troubling times ,I know your staff is stressed and overworked from employee shortages.

I've been with Walgreens a lot of years. But recently I've had to go on more meds. So I went to fill a new RX and have them my goodrx card because I don't have Rx insurance. They proceeded to tell me it was $55 for 12 pills. I about keeled over. Well I needed it so not a choice. A friend told me that seemed rediculously high and should look around somewhere else. Well I took that $55 Rx to Walmart and got it refilled and you'll never guess what they charged for the same exact pill. Not a different brand but exactly the same thing and I only paid $17. Walgreens really has a lot of nerve. Transferred all my prescriptions. Also the automated system tries to refill your prescription way ahead of time and constantly callas to ask if you want it refilled even though your not even close to needing it yet.

100% my opinion is... ZERO STARS!!!! I called the store to ask about a product being in stock. Employee said "hold on" and then hung up on me. I called back and same person answered and I asked her to please not hang up on me again. She then transferred me to her "leadership" named (* employee). I tried to be helpful in describing the product and its potential location in the store and even asked if he could find it with a UPC number but all he wanted to do was tell me about was how (since he was told by the first person that answered the phone that they thought I was rude) he perceived me as being "condescending". I said "did the 1st person tell you that they hung up on me the first time they called?" (thinking that the facts might help (* employee)'s SUPER-BAD ATTITUDE) but that actually made it worse... he said "they did not hang up on you". Essentially he is now calling me a straight up liar. Keep in mind... I AM TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING AND HAVE MADE ZERO PROGRESS BECAUSE SOMEONE HUNG UP ON ME AND THEN WAS ACTUALLY SURPRISED AND GOT THEIR FEELINGS HURT WHEN THEY FIGURED OUT HUMAN BEINGS DO NOT LIKE BEING HUNG UP ON. Then the supposed "leadership" named (* employee) shows up and actually makes it worse!!! Finally (* employee) said that they do not have it and when I asked for ur corporate customer service number (to register this complaint) (* employee) proceeded to gave me the survey phone # at bottom of your receipt. I called it and found I needed several codes that were not provided to me by (* employee). I then Googled the customer svc number 800-925-4733 and called it only to wait almost 12 minutes and still NO LIVE PERSON OR PROGRESS. That is when I gave up and wrote this. In summary, what was supposed to be a 1 minute call to TRY TO BUY SOMETHING from Wags ends up 45 minutes of sheer rudeness & aggravation!!! In case it was not clear... (* employee) is a BAD employee... THE WORST!!! *(I am withholding the employees name but have sent it to Wags. headquarters via an emailed customer service complaint)

went in a few days ago, saw a customer not wearing a mask, employees acted to scared to say anything to her. As Im cheaking out in walks another woman, no mask, wearing a Walgreens shirt, so I'm assuming a employee, the cashier kept staring at her, knowing she should wear a mask, but not saying anything. Walgreens needs to grow a pair and decide what type of customer they want, I'm out, we'll try CVS

It's a shame really, because the employees were super, super helpful. This one star isn't for them, it's for Walgreens, who apparently told the employees at this location that they "require" masks in the store but they're "not allowed to say anything." Oh, ok. 3 people without masks on all around me at the register, but they're not allowed to say anything. 170k people dead but they're not allowed to say anything. I found out today my Grandpa has COVID, but no, it's more important to the cesspool soul sucking corporation that is Walgreens to keep their most ignorant and selfish customers happy than to help mitigate the spread of a pandemic, so they're not ALLOWED to say anything. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. You all should be ashamed. Your employees and responsible customers deserve way better.

Always a wait. They are so super slow at the drive thru. Will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere because of the long waits.

I have been using Walgreens for the past 8 years and will continue to use it. I love the fact that all of their stores are connected especially when you're out of town
