Came here directly from the ER to pick up a Percocet prescription (husband is passing a kidney stone). While at the ER he was pumped full of liquids to pass the kidney stone. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. He was not allowed to use the restroom because they don’t allow public restrooms. No exceptions apparently, not even when passing a kidney stone. Pretty bad service

This pharmacy shortened my NARCOTIC pain medication by 3 pills. Only got 9 pills instead of 12. I don't expect to get back those 3 missing pills since the discovery didn't happen until I got home. However, it is a pretty serious mistake to miscount an opioids. After talking to pharmacists, I've been told they dont have any extra pills in their inventory. It only means that narcotic medication is disappearing in this phatmacy. Be aware and count your pill at the counter before you leave.

Extremely hateful pharmacy tech on the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service. Please teach your staff to be kinder when working in customer service especially when discussing children and medication.

Bought a target gift card here and apparently it had been sliced open, code stolen, and glued back together. They spent the money in one day. Seems like an inside job to me…

They have closed their public restrooms. Lines were long for the pharmacy. People are nice but it's ridiculous to spend lots of money on medicine's, food, photos and not have a restroom.

It’s in the middle the city. And they can a little used more security. But it does matter on what time you go.I’ve been asked to use my ID to get the medicine around 3 times by people that just hang around the parking lots.

Staff couldn't take one moment of their time to check if a medication was in stock at a different store after I had already checked three different Walgreens locations for a particular over the counter medication. As someone who is in a lot of pain and distress trying to find the medication I needed I would never return to this location.

STOP USING THIS STORE/PHARMACY. Until the owners of this location feel it in their pockets the store will not change!
Do yourself a favor, scroll down through all the recent reviews and see for yourself all the 1 stars…ignore the fact that this location is rated “3 out for 5”, that’s just Walgreens paying Google for boosting. The pharmacy staff is highly unprofessional and show ZERO customer service or knowledge in the very trade they have been employed for.

20 minutes stuck in drive through while staff assisted 1 car. She waited for her script while the rest of us sat. Ridiculous. Terrible service. Another reason to avoid Walgreens.
