If i could give this store a lower score I would one is even too high. I have been a loyal long-term Walgreens customer and I have never been so mad. We stopped with my 82 year old mother who was just released from UT hospital and need to pick up her meds. Right as we arrive she NEEDS the bathroom. Bathrooms are locked and there is a no public bathroom sign. I asked the pharmacy tech if she could just it. She says as the sign says no public. I state we are customers. Again she states per cooperate no one can use it. I go to the mangaer again told the same thing. Apparently 4 people has OD"d in the bathroom and homeless have slept in them. I get limiting access to the restroom like a gas station, but a sickly old lady with 2 healthy people REALLY????? We had to leave with Mom clutching here pearls not to crap her pants luckily the business next door made the exception so she did not have a horrible accident. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!!! You have lost my families business FOREVER!!!!

Daughter is sick with the Flu and has some chest congestion, went to the urgent care and meds got sent to this lovely place. Medicine was gonna take 30 minutes, it’s 20 degrees outside I’ll wait inside. I had to change my 15 month olds diaper and change her clothes. I grab it from the truck go inside and I’m told “there’s no changing table in the men’s bathroom there’s only one in the women’s” so ok it’s single person restrooms and it’s only a combination code to use. I’m then told “Because you are a father I cannot allow you to use the woman’s bathroom” ok then well I’ll put my winter jacket down on the floor in the men’s and do it there. I was then told “no because I’m not using the restroom I’m changing a diaper.” Such terrible people, my poor kid was soaked in urine and poop due to being sick.

I get that it is hard to find help, but the guy working the checkout probably does not need to be working in customer service. I came in because I needed to get cash quickly. There was a person in front of me buying 200 gift bags and they had to scan each one individually. I didn’t complain or say anything. I merely asked “do your machines do cash back”, because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t waiting in line to find out they can’t do cash back. He replied yes, sounding very annoyed. Stops in the middle of checking the lady out, goes over to another register and opens it and says “ I can get you right here. Sir!! I can get you right here.” I felt awful, because I never asked him to not take care of the other lady and I was waiting patiently…. I knew my chip did not work, is broken, and I have a replacement ordered, but the entire reason I went to Walgreens instead of an atm is because of the bypass feature that POS systems have where if you try the chip 3 times it will let you slide it. He says “sir! It’s not working! You are going to have to try something different.” I try to explain the bypass feature to him, but he replied “ it isn’t working. There is something wrong with the card. I know because I’m an electrical engineer in my spare time.” I just said forget it and walked out and inconvenienced the other lady for no reason. Not only did I not get what I needed, but I will never go to this location again.

Been using this location for years with no issues. In the last 3 months or so, I would rather drive across the country to fill a prescription. Everyone in the pharmacy staff is so rude, incompetent, short-fused, and worthless. Use literally anywhere else if you need the pharmacy services. There are better Walgreens within 10 mins.

The pharmacist was having a mental breakdown when I called about my son’s prescription. I asked him several times to merely treat me with a customer service demeanor because he kept YELLING AT ME!!! I was trying to be so patient. I was understanding about it taking a few minutes but every time his computer messed up he would YELL AT ME asking for his dob like it was my fault his computer would mess up. He wouldn’t let me speak with a manager and I have never been treated so badly before. Wow. I’m still in shock. I told him to cancel the prescription there and I would try to find another pharmacy. I only contacted this place because the other Walgreens said they were out of stock on that medicine. I’m just a mom with a sick kid. I was very nice to him. Please don’t let this man around people.

Jim Mckenny is the pharmacist there that lost his mind this morning. He had a mental breakdown and should not be anywhere near medication. I was trying to get my son's prescription refilled for an inhaler this morning and I've never experienced something so bizarre with an employee anywhere. He was screaming and yelling. So angry at me for asking him to just talk to me nicely as I was speaking to him. He lost his mind when I said that. He wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. He refused to let me talk to management. Please get this man away from medication!!! I was just trying to get an inhaler refill for my 7 year old that's really sick, not a narcotic. I'm still in shock. I was so nice. I can't believe he's employed at all. That was an awful experience and I hope he gets help.

The morning shift manager "Sloan" has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walgreens. I showed up at 8:05 late for work but desperately needing to get a few things before my shift. "Sloan" saw me pull up at the door at exactly 8:04 and hurried up to lock the door which up to that point had been unlocked because I watched her go in and out of it as I was pulling in. She proceeded to stand in the check out lane and watch me stand at the door for 3 minutes. Doing absolutely nothing, she was not getting the store ready. Not having a team meeting, not getting a register opened. No she stood there and watched me stand in the cold for 3 minutes, then decided to come unlock the door. There is something wrong in this situation and it's not me. If the owner or general manager won't address this situation, then there is something wrong with them as well. Professionalism starts at the top.
