Went to pick up a prescription at 11:10 AM on 11/14/24. Drive-through was closed with a sign in the window that said drive-through closed due to insufficient staffing. So basically Walgreens is forcing people to come inside the store and spread around germs when they’re sick. This store has a regular habit of not having enough staff.

I waited 2 weeks for a daily glaucoma eye drop that I need. The pharmacy finally got it in and I got a text saying they would hold it until Sep 10th, as indicated in the image. I was sick with pneumonia, which delayed me being able to immediately pick it up. The pharmacy, in fact, did not hold it until the 10th and I am out of drops now and trying to figure out where I can quickly get them. I have contacted corporate upper management but also want to ensure that anyone considering using this pharmacy is aware that there seems to be an issue with this store's ability to use their corporation's platform. Make sure you're being very careful and proactive if it's a medication you need.

This place is a joke. I’m convinced that the positive reviews are people that work here. The only place on Earth that has to completely shut down for lunch. I guess they are too good to take their breaks at the different times like most places. The rudest people on the planet and the most brain dead.

Surprised that the rating is so low! I came here to pick up some random stuff (bottles of water, etc.) and everything went smoothly. They had the expected selection and the cashiers checked me out quickly. At least for me, this location was a little annoying to get to, but I had a normal Walgreens experience once I stepped inside.

Why such a low rating? More people who have good experiences should leave positive feedback! It must be how I interact with people that makes my.experiences on the positive side more often than not. The workers are decent and the selection is great. My top choice when I need to choose between them and their competitor.
