I had an appointment for my 2nd shingles vaccine. I signed in at the pharmacy 10 minutes early. I sat and waited 40 minutes and finally told them I had to leave if they could not give me the shot soon. They checked again and told me someone would be calling me soon to give me the shot. I waited another 20 minutes and went back to the desk and told them I could not wait any longer. I was told they were having trouble getting it entered in the system and if I stayed I would have a 15 minute wait even after the shot. I understand it gets busy but seems as if everyone else was being taken care of and I was ignored. If they would have let me know this sooner I would have been fine with comingback another time but don’t leave someone sitting for an hour and then tell them this. My time is as valuable to me as theirs is. I will not go back to this Walgreens for any vaccines in the future. The last time I was there I had 3 vaccines and only had a 10 minute wait. This was just plain bad customer service. And not even a sorry for not taking care of me. An appointment here meant nothing. I guess I would still be sitting there waiting until closing time if I hadn’t said anything to them.

We stopped by to pick up a few things tonight and found the store immaculate. The employees were extremely helpful and we found everything we needed. The store was easy to get in and out of because of ample parking.

Have been short my pain meds for a few months and today when picking up meds had planned on having pharmacy recount my meds. Cause past few months I end up around 4-5 days short but upon pickup at drive thru noticed bottle said 60 for qty but not signed as a 2nd count. Well I had to go in cause script was short by30 (15 days short). When I asked about it being counted a few months ago before I ended up in the hospital from March til june. Pharmacy tech sd would have to call doctor about shortages/ complaint about it. I make sure I write down every med I take. And keep daily dosages as what what it calls for. After noticed prescription was over 2 weeks short, went inside brought to their attention. And without recount of the inventory they had on hand it was fixed and was told one script showed 30 and assumed both were written for 30. But label showed 60 but only got 30. At first was told we opened up meds in car at drive thru. Explained did so because been short up to 4 days past few months but usually only noticed when im within a week of refill date. Please count your meds and if u notice it not lasting til refill date don't be afraid to have them recount before u leave the building l.Definitely disappointed to see it be that short when just picked it up. If I had made it all the way home I wouldn't have been able to prove it come short from day one. Over 2 weeks short unacceptableI'm under a pain contact so I'm locked into this pharmacy but I'm going to have to get a different pharmacySad I had my meds taken by a nurse at nursing home and my notes helped the facility to realize she was writing down giving me meds when I was not.Suffering from chronic pain is no joke but to have the people I trust to have my best interest in mind to be setting me up to be in pain when my doctor has my pain down to minimum with meds prescribed. If I had made it home it would have been my word against pharmacy on shortage.I put my trust into my pharmacy and medical doctors. But trust is something hard to get back once it's lost.

Absolutely hands down the worst Walgreens Pharmacy in our area. I worked for 4 different pharmacies with Walgreens after college and have never seen a store managed so poorly, The management at this store needs to make some changes, or the district needs to look at changing the management.

NOT this particular Walgreens in front of Walmart on Chapman Highway. I called a couple of days ago to ask them to print out my prescription list for 2019 for tax purposes. I had an appointment that day and some shopping to do and I drove up right before 8 like at 7:59 just to pick this up at the drive-thru (BEFORE 8:00!). It was already closed even though lights were still on - there was a sign saying they could not sell or take any prescriptions because there was not a phar
