They're usually fine when I go in, maybe just busy. If you have to call it's a different story. If they answer at all they are so rude! I've gotten to where I call during the overnight shift to avoid talking to the rude morning/afternoon staff.

Didn't provide measuring device to take the liquid medication that was prescribed. Attempted several times to reach a pharmacy worker. On hold for 25 minutes! Then hung up on. No excuse!!

Walgreens pharmacy, on Kingston Pike in Knoxville is dropping BAD REVIEWS from the public. There star rating of 1 star magically dropped from 3.9 to 2.6 in a matter of 1 hour. How can that be?

The pharmacy tech lady at the drive thru window was patient and kind. It was so backed up and busy, a very long wait. Looked like she was by herself. She took great care of me though, and was sweet to fetch me a bag of cough drops when I went to pick up my cough syrup. She did not have to do that being as busy as it was- went the extra mile ❤️

Came here to purchase a few items over the holidays and had a good experience. I initially wasn't able to find one item (socks for my wife!) but asked the cashier and she helpfully told me the exact aisle where I could find them. In general, it was your basic Walgreens, so it had all of the items you would expect. I would definitely swing by here again if I needed to purchase some miscellaneous items :)

Once again, another Walgreens with another condescending pharmacist worker, why in the world do these pharmacists CHOOSE to work in a place handing out medicine if they are just going to be judgmental and rude to people simply coming in to get what they need? I just got off the phone with the pharmacist who was a guy and I was simply trying to figure out why I am not able to pick my medicine up yet for another couple days, and everything out of his mouth was condescending, I hope to God he doesn’t treat every recovering addict or person taking “controlled substances” that way, the whole conversation could have went much better had he just kindly and simply explained that my medicine is still a couple days from being able to be filled, treat people the way you want to be treated and you will get a much better reaction, or just find a different job where your no longer aloud to make people feel like junkies when they just need recovery medicine, my guess is a lot of these guys have no room to judge.

I have used this Walgreens for a very long time. It is very clean and physically attractive. I have always received excellent service.

Over the past month, the pharmacy has lost several of my son’s medications even the nebulizer the doctor called in 4 different times in two days. I would get a text that it’s ready then when I go to pick it up they get deer in a head lights look because they don’t know where my meds are. I needed another script of my bc and when I finally got a text almost two weeks later about it and I went to get it they told me it was out of stock. This is after I get a text saying it’s ready for pick up. Do better you are literally messing with peoples lively hoods which should be illegal

Made an appointment today with Walgreens 9200 Middlebrook Pike for my COVID 19 vaccine. The appointment time was 3:20pm. The first person I encountered to inform I was here for my appointment she stared like a deer in a headlight. She had zero social skills and after 5 minutes asked someone else to help me as she couldn't find the appointment and walked away no comment. The second was a male and he was slightly better but gave me paperwork to fill out. The paperwork was the same paperwork online to make the appointment. I informed him that I had answered those very same questions when I made the appointment. His reply was I needed to fill out the paperwork to be seen and left with no apology. After I completed the paperwork the same female with zero social skills asked if she could help and I told her I needed help but not from her. Another male came to the window with the work completed and told me I needed to go to another window. I asked him if he could help me at that window. He did help at the cash register and then left with no additional conversation. What a terrible way to treat customers. I will never ever be back to this Walgreens. By the way I wasn't given my COVID 19 shot till 3:55pm.

The pharmacy tech at Walgreens on Millbrook Pike was so very patient and helpful. She went out of her way to help me sort through my Medicare and Advantage Insurance. She needs to be recognized as a valuable employee! Tom Moran

This is the best Walgreens in Knox that I've discovered! The store itself and employees make this location far superior to the one I was previously at. The employees make all the difference! It is so nice and refreshing to be greeted with a smile and asked if there's anything I need help with! Thank you everyone at this location and especially the pharmacy staff! I greatly appreciate all of you! Keep up the great work!

Slowest pharmacists ive ever seen especially in morning when no one is there they still take 20 min to get a single script for 1 person and it was already ready for pick up. Basically incompetent.
