This is my last trip to this Walgreens.
ABSOLUTE JERKS NO COMPASSION
They close the pharmacy at odd times. You never know if they are going to be open or closed.
I have them count pills in front of me. Ive been shorted a few times especially if its pain meds.
I recommend finding another drug store!!!!!!!
The pharmacy hours do not apply at this location so it seems.

I don't usually go to this Knoxville Walgreens, but I was in the area so stopped by. Walgreens are all pretty standard.

This pharmacy is so difficult to do business with. They close at random times for so called “emergency’s”, close the drive thru for who knows why. They blow you up with inconsequential refills but delay the medicine you are waiting on for a variety of reasons. Stay clear unless you want constant headaches and problems.

Staff at my local Walgreens are always helpful and friendly. Quick to get in and out when shopping as well. Store is clean and organized.

The pharmacy has gotten so bad that they never have anything ready when it's supposed to be ready. Even following their schedule, they're not ready.

This Walgreens Pharmacy Department is horrible. Zero customer service and unacceptable behavior. Received text prescriptions were ready for pickup. Drive through window was closed due to worker shortage. Changed prescription pickup to delivery and paid extra delivery fee to have same day delivered (by 5:30 p.m. their website said) but prescriptions weren't delivered. Called them at 6:30 to find out why and they said prescriptions were ready but they didn't have time to prepare them for delivery & it would be sometime the following day. Completely unacceptable. Follow through with what your website says or change your website.

The pharmacy here is garbage, the only person who will do anything for you is Anna, and jenny (who is no longer there unfortunately). Anna is great, I honestly can't believe someone this nice can work in a environment full of rude ppl. The pharmacy is always making mistakes and obviously can't count days. Maybe send them thru kindergarten after pharma school to get those numbers down pat again. Many other places that don't treat you like scum.

I tried to purchase multiple passport photos from this store. Unfortunately, I wasn't told how much they would cost by the employee who was preparing to print them. Conveniently, I glanced at the bottom corner of the screen to see the price of 400$, which I found to be excessively expensive. Before the employee could print them, I told him that I am no longer interested as the price was too much for the products/services. There would have been no issues with this interaction, however, a relative walked into the store to purchase something a short time after me and overheard the two employees working speaking ill of me loud enough for the whole store to hear. This should never be an acceptable employee-customer interaction for any business. I have also had a similarly unpleasant encounter with this same individual in the past during a photo printing request, but that time he had chosen to complain about me while I was still in the store to hear it. My advice would be to avoid this location if you don't want to deal with upleasant, rude employees.

The Walgreens pharmacist at this location is completely unprofessional and rude. I don't think I've ever had to deal with someone so uncooperative, disagreeable, and unhappy to do her job. I think the rest of the staff was even embarrassed by her behavior. Needless to say, I will not be using this pharmacy again.

So the old staff was honestly pretty amazing. Seems like they got a whole new line of staff in the pharmacy department and it has been terrible. From service to just plain old attitude and respect. The pharmacist will point her nose upwards and talk down to you like you are some lower life form bothering her. They made mistakes on my last two pick ups. The most recent mistake I called my doctor so he could talk to them and get it sorted out. When he called me back even he was very confused as to why the pharmacist was so rude and why she didn’t seem to understand that THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, he warned me to find another pharmacy as he noted that she will most likely flag me even though they were in the wrong and he was able to get the situation fixed… unfortunately will not be coming back after this week because I do not want to be spoken down to like I’m less then… though with the attitude the pharmacist gives I’m sure they don’t care to loose customers.

Your drive thru should be for pick up and drop off of prescriptions only. If they have a problem they should drive around and walk in. I’ve been sitting in a line of three cars for over 10 mins finally I drove around and walked in. Your drive thru is run poorly

Horrible communication and professionalism by the pharmacy staff. We have always had a great experience at CVS on Northshore but unfortunately had to switch back due to insurance changes. We will be finding somewhere else to get our prescriptions. They do not put any effort into helping patients.
