They really need different management at The Halls Location.Their online orders is horrible. When you go to pick up your order sometimes it's lost. When you do delivery the personal shopper doesn't follow your requests. Dont chose a delivery time for after 4pm bc your not going to get it til the next day. Then they are very rude & talk about you in front of you. No sense in telling management bc it doesn't change & they say it has nothing to do with them. Let's talk about going inside the store. They 1st need to update their app bc some stuff has been moved to a different aisle. They never seem to have your size. They have leggings shorts & they all size s/m. No larges. They seem to never have large . The toddler section they seem to always be out of certain sizes. You have to go to a different location to find clothes. You can never find help in the jewelry department. They are always out certain items. If you go before 10am nothing is stocked. I can go on & on. You expect so much more from a Walmart.

No variety in their music. Only urban type music. I'd prefer elevator music than what they play on Clinton Hwy in Powell/Knoxville, TN.

Went to the money center to cash my paycheck from work and I was not able to get it to work because the machine will not read the check and it says that it is an error and voided check from my job....

It's amazing thecdifferencecin inventory this store offers as opposed to the ones in Morristown. I am not a fan of the company's business model or in the way their store security is structured so I am basing this review only on the merchandise available. Compared to several other Walmart locations, I was impressed. Not only do they carry a better selection, it appeared that the store was well stocked. Cat food is something I usually try and buy at Walmart and was impressed with the brands and selections offered at this location. My local store only offers two main brands and is often out of stock of my furbaby's favorite. Nice change. Regardless, no Walmart will ever be worthy of 5 stars with me. So 4 stars is saying something significant!

This is the worst walmart in Knoxville. It’s not that it’s not safe like some of the others. It is purely based on the management and stocking team/store set team. 70% of the time what you are needing is out or on the top shelf where you cannot reach it. 99% of the time the price is wrong because they do not pay attention to what they are doing and put things in the wrong spot or they are just illiterate. It is annoying The manger also refuses to put out Tennessee VOLS mech for the fans because of their own personal biases. They need new management.

Waited an hour and a half after asking 3 different people for help. I understand having your jewelery locked up, but at least have someone at the ready to unlock your cabinets.
My fiance and i wanted to get an inexpensive ring, but I had to settle for a silicone ring.

The day of the shooting was so traumatizing!! No security ever came to diffuse the situation. None. Another shopper, a woman in a flower print skirt, was the only person to step in and only after the loud arguing had been going on for a very long time. Even after the gunshot, there was no announcement to evacuate the building. Nothing. All the employees scattered like roaches. As I said, it was very upsetting to say the least.
