Struggled to get someone to speak English to me for the morning shift. Went inside and the floor was sticky and my sneakers were sticking to the floor. Saw people handling food with their bare hands. The same employee dropped my mobile order on the counter without saying a word. Definitly not a friendly location.

THE worst Wendy's burger I've ever had in over 40 years as a customer. The patties were either pre-cooked or microwaved, very likely both.When you get food at Wendy's a minute after you order, something is wrong.Also, the tables had been wiped, but obviously with a greasy cloth. The tables were visibly sticky and sticky to the touch, so much so that I was able to write 'YUK' with my finger on one of the tables.I definitely DO NOT recommend eating there.Employee training is seriously lacking.

Mobile app not working (no $2 off Baconator available). No Coke syrup in beverage machine in store. All Hispanic crew made communications difficult. May switch to McDonald's next door.

Absolutely the WORST customer service that I have ever received. What makes it even worse, my wife had to sit through the terribleness that was Wendy's yesterday (Dec 6TH at 2:15 PM). I have never been spoken to like that and I'm absolutely going to take it to corporate. No matter if you're having a bad day or not, there's no reason to ever speak to a human being the way I was spoken to yesterday. Even through it all I wished the person taking orders to have a Merry Christmas. I was met with bye, bye, bye, like I was in some boy band from the 90's. I will NEVER spend another dime at the Merchants Wendy's. Dave would frown upon what transpired yesterday and the person taking orders should be ashamed of themselves and how they represented Wendy's as a whole. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

Pulled up to drive thru at 10:20. Sign says open late till 12:00. No one there. Seems like some firing needs to be happening or close down the store.

the entire was wrong. twice! the lady I was talking to was rude and abrasive. i was talking to as nice as can be about it. she then she continues to get her Manger (on her own volition) and the Manger gives my mother a dirty look for even asking if my order can get fixed. never coming back here.

Absolutely disgusting! I went in after sitting in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes without any cars moving. The staff was goofing off doesn't really bother me but it was when I saw an employee go from the drive thru to the prep line without even washing her hands or putting gloves on then proceeded to make food and give it to a young lady to pass to a car in the drive thru. That alone was disgusting to a point I almost puked but inside was filthy but you couldn't tell until you walked to the soda machine and saw the tables with trash, a completely unmaintenance soda machine, and the drink counters so sticky it could be a rat trap. Over all a prime example of a health hazard.

This place is terrible. the wait is always super long. the speaker was actually never answered. would recommend if you want to wait 15 minutes to not get any food. it also says on their window that they're open until midnight but i've had multiple occasions with them being closed at 10pm. would leave zero stars if it was an option.

We go to Wendy's on Merchant's drive often for a Burger and a Potato. Half the time, the staff are rude but the other half the time they are friendly. Its not often that they run out of menu items during the days and nights that we go, but it does happen. Normally the food is good but not always. My Girlfriend likes the Pumpkin Spice frosty.Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein diet so they were able to Accommodate for my needs sometimes, depending if they are out of it or not.

Some time has passed, and I still feel disgusted by the treatment and service that I encountered. The manager who identified herself as “Jasmine” is simply disappointing. I’m disappointed in the fact that a young lady who is in a position of continued growth, displays the most disrespectful character. I would describe it as “unbecoming a manager”.The short story is that I ordered food in the drive through. No problems. I hand over my card, my card gets handed back to me. While waiting for the order to come up, two young ladies are gossiping about “people lying on them”. I don’t really care, I just wait. Jasmine hands me my order. I put it in the passenger seat. I drive away. As I’m driving away I hear her say something along the lines of “have a good one”, “Or NOT!”I look behind me and she has this stuck up demeanor so I pull around and go inside. I didn’t address why I was inside, I simply asked who the manager was. The young lady that took my order said well she’s the highest one here right now. Jasmine just rolls her eyes at me, takes her monster energy drink and continues to sip her drink from the straw with the demeanor of “I’m in charge and you can’t do anything about it. I asked her if she had a number to the district manager. She said “it’s on the receipt” then continued back sipping her drink.I tell myself, just walk away. As I’m walking out the door the young lady who took my order says “you mad because she said “or not”, boy bye! It was at that moment I was fuming inside. Now remember, I never addressed why I was requesting the number. However, they knew why I was in there because they know what they did.Jasmine is supposed to be influencing others in a positive light. Yet, the team members she leads are following suit on her disrespectful behavior.What’s interesting is that the same person I am discussing is pictured in a few comments down. At some point an employer has to have tough conversations and say “we decided to move in a different direction”.I was able to source a customer service number. I am yet to get a follow up call back.
