“Steve and his group are very professional and take amazing care of me and my wife. I was able to drop off my car Friday for a routine oil change and shared some concerns about a feeling I get braking. Steve worked with me and explained what is going on. He gave me a fair deal on labor and parts. Next day I was showing brake light and abs notifications on my dash. Took it straight to Big O and Steve and his crew started working on my car right away. I shared more concerns and his crew listened and made sure they found the solution. Ended up just needing brake fluid flush because there might have been air in the line. All good now and Steve and his crew made sure I felt safe. I am a loyal Big O customer for sure now. I was before but even more so now.”
