This YMCA is a great centrally located place for physical therapy and gym needs. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and always provide excellent care. The parking lot is a different story all together. The Mars rovers were prepared for the craters on Mars, however, my vehicle is not.

The employees are awesome, they go other way to help you. I see a lot of them with integrity, try finding integrity this day and age very hard. God bless him all in the work. People who come in to work out our fans to ask it to you all have a blessed day.

Great and friendly staff, not crowded in the mornings. They have a dry and wet sauna, a hot tub and a pool! Favorite gym to go to, definitely worth the price. I have tried other gyms and I just keep coming back!
