While the primary gym with machines has a sort of 1986 office vibe, the sauna is great, the basketball court is great and the staff is great. Have not checked out the pool yet.

This YMCA is a great centrally located place for physical therapy and gym needs. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and always provide excellent care. The parking lot is a different story all together. The Mars rovers were prepared for the craters on Mars, however, my vehicle is not.
