Excellent company. They returned my call promptly, drove to my cabin that day and repaired my 2 benches in time for renter check in the next day. The quality of work was very good and I learned a few helpful things about Furniture repair. The owner was very pleasant and very easy to work with. Will definitely use again.

He got me on the schedule quickly and was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problems with my recliners. I had 2 recliners that needed help. Reasonably priced. I spent much less money than new recliners would've cost. Happy customer!

Overcharged ($12 for glue for one desk foot?!), did things I didn't ask him to do. Avoid at all costs

Overall Mr. Mills did a fairly good job touching out some scratches and rough areas on my furnitures. But he is VERY IMPATIENT and VERY DISRESPECTFUL, this guy was supposed to do $1000 worth of work for me, however plans changed due to my work schedule I wouldn’t have the time for him to come and finish and I’ve already paid him $650, so the difference came down to $850 so I had a remainder of $150 for him. Anyhow I asked him if he wanted me to mail him a check, he said yes so I mailed the check 3 days later which was on Thursday November 12. He contacted me that day and i told him I mailed it earlier that morning and he should look out for it around the next Wednesday. Well the following Monday afternoon he text me “where is my check and it doesn’t take more than two days for the mail to leave from Sevierville to kodak because he can mail something to greeneville in leas than three days.” And he continued to say if he don’t have it by the Tuesday evening he was gonna be at my house and to pick up the money I owe him. So i told him not to come to my place and he should wait for the mail to come in and he started contacting my in-laws telling them i owe him money and pretty much saying I’m a liar and I’m try to rob him of $150. He then went on to say if he doesn’t get it by a certain time he’s going to add $225 to it and another $75 if he had to wait another day. So i told thats not happening and he better take the $150 check when i give it to him because he wont be getting another one. Then he threatened to get his attorney so I told him to go ahead, but at the end of the day I met up with him and gave him a check because he couldn’t wait a couple days for the mail to come to him and he was really getting annoying. So MR. Mills whenever you read this or whoever tell you about this, I highly recommend you either take some business classes, seek guidance from other business owners or do something because this is very UNPROFESSIONAL and is most definitely not the way you go about handling a situation like this, whether or not you want to take my advice it’s up to you I hope you don’t treat anymore of your customers like this and I’ll be praying for you.

We had three broken brass screws in our oak coffee table and couldn't put the doors back on. Mr. Mills removed all the broken screws, filled the holes and put the doors back on our cabinet. He also touched up everything inside the cabinet. Looks and works great! You would never know we had a problem. We we highly recommend his services.
