I don't even know if this is the right place to leave a review. FedEx sometimes delivers a package to my front door but yesterday delivered one in the grass under the mailbox. It's a long driveway but I can see the road and there was a package. If it's not there it's somewhere else it goes on and on with FedEx and there's obviously nothing you can do about it the absolute worst is what they are

I have been waiting for a 65" new TV. Tracking shows it's been out for delivery, on Tiffany's truck, for four days! Called customer service, I could barely understand her, and was told to wait while they " look into it"!! I'm beyond frustrated and very unhappy with the service!!!

They don't take packages that you prepare yourself. What use is it to have this? Same thing at Walgreens.

Had to go look for my package. Where does 209 look like 273. It was delivered 1/4 mile away from my house.Worst service ever.

Fedex was supposed to deliver expensive product to my home today, but it never arrived. They marked the package as delivered, but I have a camera and they never made an attempt to deliver. They tell me a photo was taken and attached is said photo that includes no package. When calling, they are of no help.

I've had a package that's stuck at the Kodak, TN facility and been labeled as "out for delivery" for 4 days now. When I call, the automated system hangs up on me and I can't speak with a rep to find out where exactly my package is. I don't have the time or money to waste on figuring this out. If you lost my package, Mark it as such so I can get my refund from Amazon and go on with my life. FedEx has had my package for 11 days in total. We can safely say it's been lost. Worst customer service ever. And all this time I thought DHL was the worst.

Delay due to severe weather, it’s a little late to use that excuse, the snow melted a week ago. I have never had a good experience with these people. Literally the worst courier service in the industry.

Where, oh where, have my packages gone? They’ve been at the Kodak location for 2 weeks now and keep saying they’re out for delivery. That warehouse is like a black hole. Things go in but they don’t come out again

Twice my pakage has been left next to my mailbox at the road. This second time I was standing on the front porch hollering at the Fedex driver to bring my package to the porch! He just ignored me and left it at the road! Terrible service!!

Fedex sucks. Took them from 438 am to after 5pm to deliver a package that was supposed to be delivered by 2pm. Then when I asked them to hold at an office 30 min away from where the package was it's been almost 24hr and the package still isn't there. So now idk when I'll get it. Its a bed for my daughter so I really need it. Tried to call them and the phone hung up
