The Rocky Top dealership was able to get us in quickly to check our vehicle. The air suspension wasn’t working so we were scared to drive it home. They diagnosed our check engine light problem, replaced a bad sensor and we were on our way in 2 hours. Nice place with a comfortable waiting room. Service advisor kept us informed. She explained everything they were doing and was very knowledgeable.

Everyone at Rocky Top was great and very helpful. I was visiting Pigeon Forge for GSMJI when my thermostat went out in my 21 JLU. No one could help so I made my way to Rocky Top. They listened and squeezed me in to repair it so I could get back home to Georgia the next day. I am very grateful. Thank you all again!!
