Wouldn't give them a star at all if could!! For starters they pulled up threw my yard and then threw my husband's exspecive diabetic supplies at least 20 feet and up against the porch railing... making them not work!!! Now he isn't able to use them and has to be without them till they can be replaced which I am not able to do again being I'm the only one able to work.
.I will calling them Monday morning for an early full and my money is returned!! Shame shame on you lazy asses!!!

The Kodak Post Office team are absolute rock stars! Got a question? They’ve got answers.
Sending a package? They’ll handle it like pros.
And as an added bonus... they answer the phone when you call!

One lady behind desk is rude most of the time. I get messages telling me what I’m getting and it’s not in my box. Package was delivered on the 14th where I didn’t know and probably never would have but I posted in a group and on the 17th someone else said they had them. So I did get them No help from the post office finding them

Worst post office ever! Employees are rude and the packages are insanely late. I am already 6 days over the time it was scheduled to be delivered. It was supposed to shipped only 30 mins away. it's been a total of 8 days.

Rude employees. Tried to pay for my transaction with a $20 bill and she refused the bill saying it would mess her till up. It was 2p in the afternoon! Pathetic place

Really horrible I don't understand what's so hard delivering packages on time. I'd say about 70% of the time I pay for packages they get delayed at least 1 or 3 days, what's the point if paying for Amazon prime if you don't get the next day delivery.

Worst post office! There is no one there who knows how to answer the phone, and their deliveries are terrible too. I've literally waited a week for an important package they have at their facility, and they still haven't delivered it. Instead, they leave me a slip in the mail saying they can't deliver due to road conditions. But yet, they can get the truck in. It makes no sense to me. Corporate needs to fire and rehire all new staff for this Kodak branch.

My husband packed a box with t-shirts to send it, taped it, but forgot to put one more shirt. He asked me to send it today, unfortunately I don’t carry knifes or anything sharp to open up the box. So I went inside, and employee Taylor told me that they have nothing in their office to open my box, so she refused to help me. Then I asked her, if they had any bigger boxes for sale, she goes like a robot: “any packaging beneath your back”, which I didn’t even understand what she meant. I do have an accent, and this is her second time treating me so rude! I left post office without getting any help from this unprofessional employee. I have to drive to Sevierville location now to send my box, because I got treated very bad. I will contact your main office as well, this employee discriminated me.

As a fellow mailman I'm tired of having to deliver someone's else packages in my neighborhood after getting off work. I keep getting other people's meds delivered to my mailbox and at first I would take them to who they're supposed to go to, but nor anymore. From now on I'm putting it into the outgoing mail and the rural carrier can fix it. The last thing I want to do when I get off work and come home is to deliver a package that was misdelivered by my carrier. Start paying attention and deliver the packages to the correct address
