I have just moved into my 13th house and hopefully my last. My career has brought me all over the country. I just moved from Murfreesboro Tennessee to Dunnellon Florida. Micky came out to estimate our move and walk us through the process. The estimate was much lower than we expected. We accepted the estimate and the rest is history. Mike the driver was outstanding. He was clearly a professional in how he handled our furnishings and how he directed the crew. Our things arrived in perfect condition and when we couldn’t find a couple items as we were getting settled, I called Armstrong and Mike called back immediately. I told him the three items we couldn’t find and he directed me over the phone right to them! This move has been challenging to us as we wind down my career and head to retirement. Armstrong provided an outstanding customer experience for us. We don’t plan to move again but if we do Armstrong will be moving us! Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Not one thing damaged or lost. I could not be happier!

Buyer beware of Armstrong United movers. We used their service moving from the Nashville area (to interim storage) to Florida. We bought the best insurance coverage from United that you could buy. We had furniture and memories destroyed and had over $13,000 in claims and they covered a total of $1900 (14% of my claims). The entire claims process is terrible, lengthy, and designed to wear you down. Their final report comments and findings were insulting. They own the insurance company that does the claims - not impartial. We have moved many times before and were never treated this negatively.

SO happy we chose Armstrong TN for our move to Nashville! As many know, moving is no small feat and can go wrong at any turn; I have moved several times. The entire process was seamless, from scheduling to packing/loading to delivery. I highly recommend Armstrong, and will refer to anyone needing first class service. THANK YOU ARMSTRONG!!!

Well, I can say that hands down choosing Armstrong was one of the best decisions we’ve made! Their service was first class, starting with Ray coming to the house and walking us through exactly what the process would look like. The communication and level of customer service that Cris H provided was above and beyond.
The packing crew communicated to let us know when to expect them and shared their plan for the day of packing- it went exactly how they said it would. And finally, Mike the driver could not have been more professional. He and the load crew that he chose were a well-oiled machine, plus they were so fun which certainly helped on what could’ve been an emotional/ stressful day! Not to mention how efficient they were. Then Mike and the truck were at the new house exactly when he told us he would be here!!

Armstrong moving company was absolutely amazing and efficient. Kyle and Mike were great and accommodating, as well as the other two crew members each day of the move. They moved everything way under the quoted hours and even helped load up our vehicles with the "random" stuff that does not go on the truck. Not that I want to move again anytime soon, but I would highly recommend and use them again.

Great company if you’re needing help with a move. We had Gene and Cliff helping us. Can’t say enough nice things about these two. They’re reliable, trustworthy and some of the hardest working guys out there. They took great care in how they packed our belongings. Furniture was wrapped and protected and care was given as they moved boxes in and out of our home. Courtesies are often forgotten, but not with Armstrong and certainly not with Gene and Cliff. It’s nice to get those handshakes and thank you’s. They offered those and more. Thank you, Armstrong!

Armstrong movers were absolutely amazing! We had a two part move with house to apartment to another house 5 months later. Everything went flawlessly. They were on time, courteous, hardworking and the kindest people I ever had the pleasure to do business with. I have to call out the great people who handled everything that made our move an incredible experience. Thank you to Ken Schmidt, Jan Smith and the Todd Scarlett team! I cannot thank you enough for our great moving experience. You all are awesome and will highly recommend you to anyone moving. Armstrong was fabulous. Everyone was friendly, responsive and professional. Mickey came to my apartment and gave me a great quote. Jan was my move coordinator. She was very thorough, touched base often and answered all of my questions. Malik, Mike and Shawn were my packers and loaded everything. They were careful, efficient and friendly.
