This store never has receipt paper at the pumps and the they lock the door at randon hours. U can see the workers inside but the doors will be locked and there no note explaining why. Dont waste time here do go to any gas station but this one.

I experienced a very rude clerk this evening as I come in to purchase gas and tobacco for my spouse. The clerk asked for my ID and I didn’t have an issue presenting it to her, I had an issue with her physically touching it. With cold and flu season being upon us and me not knowing if her hands are clean or not. I didn’t think it was a big deal with my ID being scanned while I held it. I wasn’t trying to hide it from her just minimizing germs on MY personal item. She then thought it was okay to place my items on the counter and just walk away without putting them in a bag or even in my hand for that matter and this was because I was “refused” to present my ID. That was disgusting and uncalled for. Do better!

This gas station has the worst customer service ever. I was asking the cashier a question she ignored me to busy on the phone. The self service register was not working properly. She was too busy on the phone to help me so I walked out. I rather go to any other gas station in LaVergne then come back to this one.

The night shift employee (young early 20s Egyptian guy) locks the doors and sits on his phone behind the counter in clear view and stares at you like your the one doing something wrong. This is an every night thing, they never have the doors unlocked past 11pm. They need to be open or change their hours.

If i could give zero star this would be that occasion, there is this egyptian guy around his early 20 that was extremely disrepectful. I will definitly be going back to talk to the manager, they should not have a person like this working at their place.

Gotten better but the one lady working there is not friendly at all!!! It seems her phone is more important than her customers!!!

Be careful these people are thieves. I bought a bottle of water, the label was saying $2.80, but later when I checked my bank statement he charged me $4.16 which is crazy for a bottle water. I will never go here or any other circle K in my life not for gas nor for anything else.

Be careful certain workers refuse to honor the price of their sales table. I tried to buy 3 things and was told I didn't understand how tax was calculated on the machine when it's obvious he didn't want to change the price of the 3 items. He left 1 on and took 2 off price was showing as 3.29 the price of it on the shelf before their sale. It's for 30 cents but I'm still not respecting a lazy worker I put the items back and left.

Went to Circle K to purchase a money order Sunday March 30 2025 around 8pm the female cashier was on her cell phone asked to purchase a money order she gave that money orders are not sold at circle k

This place is horrible..no customer service closes periodically through the night.... Has to scan IDs can't just look at them...ever since they got the self checkout you half to go find someone just to get attendance at checkout to get things like lottery tickets cigarettes etc.... and just while we are being honest its kinda dirty and smells funny...there is a guy working front counter currently in the morning that seems to be upset all the time because I'm guessing he is at work.. I've been coming here since this place was called the golden gallon 20 years ago and this is by far the worst shape it's been in. It looks like a current owner just attempted a remodel of fresh foods but it tanked because they never had anything made. Idk what to say for improving at this point I'm just advising other motorists to just keep driving
