Movers were on time, respectful and friendly. Very through and took time to review the manifest and make any necessary updates.

Do not use this company if you want your items back. I paid to store an antique chest of drawers with Closetbox for 18mos while we were in a rental house. When we had the chest of drawers and the bed it was stored with delivered, they were unable to locate the chest of drawers. It was never recovered- i.e. someone most likely stole it. I'm in the process of filing a claim but it's been a month since the items were supposed to be delivered and I still have no resolution. The company states I can expect to receive approximately $120 back in return for my irreplaceable $600 chest of drawers and the $1800 I spent total storing it for 18 months. A terrible experience and I cannot discourage you enough from using them.
