Hill's Pet Nutrition has a new location with friendly and respectful staff. The drop and hook situation is generally efficient, allowing some drivers to be in and out quickly. However, truckers should anticipate waiting if a preloaded trailer is not ready, with delays ranging from three to four hours or longer. There is little consideration for parking if drivers are forced to layover, and the narrow customer area makes maneuvering tricky, requiring caution. Off loaders are notorious for trashing trailers, leaving behind dog kibble, paper scraps, and cardboard. Drivers are advised to pay special attention to taking the correct route.

    Efficient system and plenty of room to maneuver. If your load is ready but after hours your paperwork will be waiting for you in the lobby on a wall rack. Also a soda machine & restroom available.

    Picking up my load here, the staff was nice… Drop your trailer in the door bobtail park out front or go to the Love’s A couple of milesTook them 3 1/2 hours to load me…

    Great place easy to drivers. No overnight parking.. but truck stops close by
