Corey was very knowledgeable about flooring and helped us pick out the perfect hardwood flooring for our home. We felt we got a great deal too!
Unfortunately when our large order of flooring was delivered, the drivers told us they only set it outside on pallets and would not bring it in.
We called Corey and he apologized and said he would see what he could do about it. Because of the busy holiday weekend they used a 3rd party delivery service that was not their usual and they didn’t do what they were supposed to. Corey was great about making the bad situation right by offering a partial refund on our delivery fee since we had to bring it in ourselves. Sometimes mistakes happen and we were pleased with how it was handled.
We highly recommend them to anyone and will be back in the future when we need to more flooring for our next project! Thank you LL!

Will never purchase from this company again. Received a carpet quote on 9/2024. A few days after receiving the quote I was informed that corporate office made the decision to cease all carpet installs until LL Flooring transitioned their system over to Lumber Liquidators. In addition, I was told my LL Flooring carpet quote would still be honored after the name change transition and carpet installs would restart on 10/7. Called the store on 10/7 and was informed that LL Flooring/Lumber Liquidators pulled all carpets from the showroom and will no longer sell carpets. The individual in corporate that made this decision to discontinue carpets is a liar, unprofessional, and should be FIRED!

Smyrna TN team was great. I had to do a repair on my floor due to an unexpected situation. They happen to have 1 box left from a floor I did 2 years ago. I got lucky there because 1 box was all i needed. Customer service was stellar and helpful.
