Our Wheelchair accessible ramp on or van needed an upgrade and Shea and Chris at the LaVergne store helped greatly. They are an outstanding place for Vans, wheelchairs, and handicap needs. Thanks everyone at MobilityWorks for their service and courteous help for our handicap needs!!!

My wife called them Fri said to bring the vechicle in so we can look. Come in Monday and 8 am he was late to work. They look at my vechicle and said I have to do more research. Thursday rolls around and still no one said much to can I help you or did I need anything. Customer service such. My mom told me a truth and that is everyone has excuse like everyone has a a butthole and the all sink. Find someone else to get your services done. Said you were Veteran owned and I am a Veteran. I guess your service was the girl scout.

After being paralyzed in the military 44 years ago, this the only place I have both my wheelchair lift equipped Ford vans serviced. These folks are professionals and they have three mechanics/techs David, Patrick, Will who not only know their craft, but care about your being safe and comfortable in your vehicle. BTW you can trust their salesman Chris to get in the correct vehicle without gouging you.

We purchased our first wheelchair accessible van at this location in 2023. They made the process so easy and helped us get a quality van that we could afford. When there was a transmission issue with it, the warranty worked just as promised to make the necessary repairs. The van we loved burned as a result of a house fire early this year and we were devastated. Mobility Works was right there in our corner again and went out of their way to help us get another van. This entire group is phenomenal. Through 2 van purchases and 2 van rentals, we have had nothing but excellent customer service. When you enter their lot you will find a group of people who want to understand your needs and are seeking to help find the best fit for you and your family. I highly recommend them to anyone that is seeking to make this type of purchase.
