“If you make an appointment online they seem to get things done relatively quickly. Though I've heard walk ins can take forever. Plan ahead and you wont be there all day just long enough to get your groceries while they work.”

“Taken my truck to them twice in the past few months. First for a broken shift cable (plus some other stuff.) second time for an A/C repair. They worked with me on parts, got all repairs done in a very timely fashion both times, and the second time they came in almost $600 BELOW what they initially quoted me and $2,000 less than what another shop quoted me for the same repair. Very satisfied. Wish I would've known about them sooner. They will treat you good.”

“Came in for an oil change and break fluid exchange. We found there was more going on with the car. But the manager and the team were very detailed when explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done, what my options were, and left it up to me to decide what I wanted to do. They showed a break down of every quote and price and did a very good job in everything I asked of them. They were very attentive and helpful as if it was their own car and family. No tricks or scams just an honest & detailed explanation of what they recommend but no push to have things done then and there.”

“I did the usual, bouncing from place to place and dealing with half done work and misleading inspections, and then i found this place. It's been about 2 years of them working on 3 different cars for me and they've always shot me straight, never upsold me stuff I didn't need, and their platform is extremely user friendly. They've earned my business. I won't be going anywhere else.”
“I switched over from Valvoline a year or so ago. The service has been too notch, love the service I get from these guys.
Only complaint: I wish they’d close the doors when it’s windy.”

“Techs were very thorough and took care to remove the oil on top to avoid wear on the drain plug below. No one has done that before. Went to jiffy lube before this and they didn’t even put the correct mileage in. I’ll definitely go back”

“Great service. Went in for an oil change at another business and was informed of a nail in my rear driver side tire. Looked them up on Yelp and saw the great reviews, & the close proximity to where I was located, so decided to stop in.Drove right up, told him the issue and he fixed right away without having to buy a new tire. I will definitely be back as he has a couple vehicles I would like to come and test drive as I am in the market for a vehicle.”
“I love Valvoline since I don't need to get out of my car so I can stay comfortable. However, I always seem to have issues with things being in stock since I have a Volvo. I tried calling ahead this time when the closest location didn't have the right filter. I asked if they had everything in stock for an oil change on my car, and they said they did and even double checked since it said there was only one filter available. I get there and they tell me they're OUT OF OIL for my car. Tell me why that wasn't part of EVERYTHING necessary? Come to find out every number for every location routes through a generalized customer care service, and even tho they said they could connect me directly to a specific location, I can't help but wonder why they either didn't do that in the first place or at least ask if they had the oil. I guess this is a warning to be very specific about what you're asking if you don't wanna drive to every location in 5 o'clock traffic!”
“I've taken my cars to different places to get the oil changed. Sometimes I pay a lot. But here recently I learned that those other places just don't do anything any better than the great people at Walmart. So for the price I get a much better value for my hard-earned money at this Walmart. I used to pay more at those other places because I thought they had a guarantee. Well one of those places almost blew up my engine one time because they didn't put the oil in and when I went to tell him that they messed up my car the manager told me that they have lawyers ready for people like me and I wouldn't stand a chance of getting my car fixed anytime soon and I'd probably run out of money before they got done. So after that happened, I went back over there to talk to him again and he was gone! Corporate had moved him away to another place.So now I'm just going to go to Walmart. I'm going to check my dipstick and my oil filter is on good. That's it. It's as simple as that. I'm going to give my support to people who do better and help more. If you are going shopping, you might as well get your oil changed, too.”

“I came in about a month ago and I had to get my tires changed. It was last minute and Chris and his Nephew Chris did not hesitate. They were cool and got me in and out in 30 minutes. If I every have any other issues I’m gonna take it to them for sure in the future.”
“Best place for a full synthetic oil change. You will pay almost double or more anywhere else. Never have to wait very long and you can always squeeze in some shopping to pass the time.”

“I have always had a great experience here. Everyone always seems really friendly and easygoing. Never too pushy or condescending either which is really comforting.
I see a surprising amount of negative reviews for this location, but upon a closer look, it seems like a fair amount of customers that have unrealistic expectations of an express service or customer service interactions, not to mention some of these reviews just being straight-up racist. Idk what they're on about because this place has always been SO NICE to me, and I hate to see that they may not be treated well by customers.
