After my stepmother died he shipped things all over the country to various family members, many were heavy or extremely fragile. “I am normally super anxious when it comes to post office/shipment centers because I don’t find myself inside them very often, so I don’t know all the processes and procedures. I went to return a package that shipped via FedEx just now at this location. The woman behind the desk noticed me trying to figure things out at the kiosk, and she offered to help walk me through the process. She was super kind, not condescending at all, and just very eager to help. I will definitely be back, and I feel more confident now knowing how to use the kiosk.. and also knowing that there is a friendly face here!”
