“I had a long large pkg to send and the address was on my phone to print. Adeola, the lady that works at Copy Pack & Mail, had to go to what I feel was a lot of trouble to get the label for mailing. She was just as nice as could be. She never acted frustrated at having to do all the extra steps to get the mailing label. Adeola deserves to be recongnized as a valuable employee.

“I cannot praise Kevin Sykes, the owner of Postal Annex in Antioch TN , more highly for the stellar service he provided my family. After my stepmother died he shipped things all over the country to various family members, many were heavy or extremely fragile. Kevin successfully shipped many framed art works that were extremely vulnerable and they ALL arrived in perfect condition. But besides all that , he's just a pleasure to work with from picking up a truckload of items at the condo to conferring on the phone. Very honest, very polite, and very trustworthy. “I am normally super anxious when it comes to post office/shipment centers because I don’t find myself inside them very often, so I don’t know all the processes and procedures. I went to return a package that shipped via FedEx just now at this location. The woman behind the desk noticed me trying to figure things out at the kiosk, and she offered to help walk me through the process. She was super kind, not condescending at all, and just very eager to help. I will definitely be back, and I feel more confident now knowing how to use the kiosk.. and also knowing that there is a friendly face here!”
