About Shell
This Shell location offers a wide selection of products, including a White Bison coffee shop inside. The customer service and care provided by the team members, particularly Terrence on the night or third shift, has been highly praised. Terrence's exceptional barista skills and willingness to keep the coffee shop open during late hours when most other establishments are closed have been noted. Customers have appreciated the high-quality, affordable lattes he has prepared.
However, some customers have experienced issues with the touch screens at the fuel pumps, which have been reported as unresponsive or running slowly. This has led to frustration when trying to complete transactions. Despite these technical difficulties, the overall experience inside the building has been described as very nice.
