Below average experience here. Not super clean, hot foods were half stocked, went to the counter to pay for my coffee and the guy working walked away staring at his phone. I don’t know if any of the employees even saw me. None of them acknowledged my presence. I checked out at self checkout

I went in for a soda and the place was nasty. At self check out all 3 registers were so dirty it would barely scan my items and all 3 were out of bags. The lady at check out seemed mad she was even there. Won’t be coming back here until they hire some decent people.

They don't take visa or mastercard inside. There is always something broke out here. Try another location.

I don't know if Coincidence or what's going on. First time here. All the workers with an angry face. No ICE ...and all 4 coffee pots..only 1 of them had coffee..810AM....Not a good experience. Maybe the Owner of this Location needs JESUSCHRIST in his life. I don't know...but the place didn't seem BLESSED.

I would have given this location more than one star but due to their lack of parking enforcement and that they have trucks that are practically abandoned here. No driver in sight and I it’s more than obvious that it’s local drivers dropping off their vehicles. Case in point I saw it happen (pictures will reflect) a woman saving a spot for a driver and the driver obviously parking and leaving. You need to do better Thorntons! The reason why I only got a coffee and decided to take my $500+ in fuel down the street to Loves.

The girl that was “supposed” to be working but was rather back chit chatting with the pizza guy, looked at my husband and told him that he could self checkout! What is wrong with these employees!

Okay so I got here and there wasn't much parking. Then I noticed that there is about six seven box trucks in the parking lot. By the way I drive truck. So then I pulled around and parked on the curb as you enter. Nothing wrong with that except that there's a car right there and not sure what he's doing there with him and his kid but they're just sitting there. Then I see a tow truck come in with a box truck connected to it. He pulls his car out of the way and points to that direction where I guess he figured he would squeeze in in front of me. Well that wasn't going to happen. So then there was a heated argument about why I took that parking spot. Because I'm done driving for the day and this is where I want to park and you moved out of the way. By the way these people are not American. I have to say that because many of these people seem to think that they can do whatever they want here as long as they are here. And I have to deal with that on the road and I'm pretty much sick of it. So I called the manager. Lo and behold the manager comes out and tells them no you're not dropping that truck here as a matter of fact get all your trucks out of here. Well as the night goes on all the other trucks are still here. I hope he passes it on to the manager. But aside from all that wonderful soap opera... I have to tell you that right across the street is the most wonderful Mexican food you will ever eat at the Margarita House. If you drive truck and you crave that splurge of really good Mexican food... This is the place to go. Park your truck walk across the street and go get you some of the best Mexican food I have had in years.
As far as the Thorntons goes, The inside is clean neat the bathrooms are okay there's not a problem here. It's just a small parking lot for trucks and dealing with the locals trying to use it as their own business.
