“I had Tim rebuild the transmission on my old Cougar. Due to a bad part, the transmission had some issues. (bad parts happen), but AND HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART- He stood behind his work, fixed the issue, and warrantied it all for me. Finding a stand up person to stand behind their work is tough nowadays, but TIm did. Didn't have to fight, argue or complain, just bring it in, and he made it all right. Things happen, but Tim made it right and that is what you want in a shop. Great service.”
