I had a problem with a delivery. I had been given about 5 different delivery dates. I called UPS and Amazon numerous times. My package had been sitting in a closed facility since early Saturday morning. I was told their hands were tied and no one could do anything till after Christmas. Then out of the blue I get a phone call from a UPS rep. She drove 40 minutes in pouring down rain to open a closed facility to hunt for my package. She then allowed me to come pick it up. She went above and beyond in pouring down rain to get me my Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She was so kind. BTW I gave her a gift card for her trouble. I can't say enough about this sweet lady that did that for us. WTG UPS you made my day and you made my granddaughter very happy!

DONT EVERR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IN LAVERGNE RUDE SUPERVISORS , they held all 3 of my checks for 3 whole weeks still haven’t received them nor could they tell me anything abt them but everyone else received there’s ! I’ve been gave the run around everyday I come up there and was even threatened to be blocked if I asked about my check , horrible facility !! Even had to file racial discrimination against them !! Horrible place to work wouldn’t recommend for any one !

I get 1 shipment every month from the local Medical Facility pharmacy. It averages that every 3 out of 5 times my 1 envelope shipment will show up here and go no further. Just looked this place up to see where the black hole was.

They were closed when I got there. They don't open till 4pm which makes it hard for companies that close at 3pm to pick up any packages.

In time of need when my regular pickup driver drove off, the team at the UPS Customer center welcomed me and let me know I was at the right place, with plenty of time.

This workplace is toxic. Coworkers do not do anything and supervisors do not do their jobs. One supervisor is too busy flirting with other co workers and not worrying about the bad behavior of others. Couple of workers do not do their job and they do not care. Too toxic don’t work here; quit my job here

Requested a package delivery attempt be held till I got back in town... Went to pickup around 7 pm... Took agent 15 minutes to find my package but all was good otherwise... Agent was nice and tried to figure things out.

We have packages delivered from this particular UPS center to my office in Brentwood, Tn. We are a builder and have many things shipped to our office. My office is in an older building on the second floor. There isn't an elevator and only outdoor stairs. The UPS driver keeps leaving large boxes under the stairwell outside in view and not bringing it into our building, to our suite! This is entirely UNACCEPTABLE! Our valuable items could easily be stolen and we don't even know they've been delivered until we go out to lunch or to leave for the day. Is this part of the UPS policy to not actually bring packages to our office suite? There are only 2 woman in my office and we aren't able to carry certain things up the stairs. I thought part of the requirements to be a driver was be able to lift and carry items up to 50lbs and walk stairs??? We've had past drivers that ALWAYS brought our packages to our second floor suite. We have called the toll free number 4 times and told they would note the account and have someone call us, still no contact or satisfaction. I personally spoke to the driver yesterday and he said if it was raining or there were more than 2 packages he wouldn't bring them upstairs. Seriously?! Also, he said he put it in a secure location and I explained how it WASN'T secure and how the 2 of us woman couldn't carry certain large packages up the stairs due to health issues. He didn't care and today left 2 more large packages under the outside stairwell AGAIN! If I could get his name I would report him. For what UPS charges one would expect better service but your service is horrible! UPS doesn't even ask for feedback after deliveries like Amazon does. Please step up your customer service because it is GROSSLY LACKING!!!

Hours are posted onsite as 4PM to 8PM but website says 5PM to 8PM
