If you are ever on site to drop off pickup or otherwise conduct busines, remember to take off your shoes; for you are on holy ground. Make sure to sit at the stop sign for atleast a minute or two before moving forward(3 couldn't hurt). Don't drive any more than 5 miles an hour. If these guidelines are not followed you may just subject yourself to a verbal chastisement or firm harassment from a very clearly insecure, short sighted "tough guy" type terminal manager who gets a buzz off of yelling at people in front of his employees. He should really learn some people skills, start a stamp collection or maybe get therapy. If anything this made for some great comedy but I'd highly recommend avoiding this joint altogether.

TForce : LTL Delivery Service: Just received a delivery of 2 large skids, ~4000 lbs, delivery representative was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Super heavy pull, he needs an ELECTRIC pallet jack on board!!!

This Nashville terminal has my approval. Within 30 minutes of my order showing it's arrived they had it pulled and ready for me to pick up.

I’ve had multiple deliveries on my street with no issues at all with having trucks turn around. I paid someone to be at my house to get my delivery from the truck. I called after my delivery time passed and was told the driver wasn’t comfortable delivering to my house when we had no prior issues. There is plenty of room for a truck to turn around. Get experienced drivers!! On top of that, I was never contacted to be made aware of this or to get a reschedule date and was told they left for the day. Very disappointed in delivery and the customer service.

DO NOT USE, professionally or personally. UPS has let me down too many times. Most recently, I was expecting a 2 pallet freight delivery. Tracking showed it delayed several times, then a flag that my phone number was wrong. I called and corrected and scheduled an appointment. I was given the typically exaggerated window of from 8am to 1 pm and had to stay home from work to be present. The window came and went. I called after 1pm and was assured that the delivery was out on the truck and would arrive that day. I did not. The following day I received a voicemail stating that the driver did not have my phone number. The VM was left on the correct phone number. I again gave the correct phone number and asked if they could leave the package, as I did not want to take another day away from work. They refused. No concessions were made by Tforce(UPS). Only by me. Now I have to take another day from work. I made all the attempts I could to correct their issues, having experienced that same kind of terrible service in the past and still, they could not deliver. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Tforce Frieght has zero customer service. The driver was very unprofessional and when you call in the person that runs this location was very condescending and of zero help. They could careless. As the shipping industry evolves I'm happy we will never need to use them again.

They missed the original delivery yet never contacted me to let me know or to reschedule. I called them to reschedule and they missed that delivery, too. Also not bothering to let me know. Took the day off work and had a friend do the same to help me, so this is particularly inexcusable.
